ROADSAFE RPNAV23 Recovery Tow Points
Product Information
The product is a recovery point compatible with the Nissan NP300 (D23) Navara 2015-on model. It is designed to be fitted to the factory retained nuts on the left-hand side, and M12x1.25 high-tensile bolts and retained nuts are supplied for the right-hand side. The nut plates may need to be trimmed to fit inside the chassis rail.
The tow points have been tested and meet standards up to 5000kgs per tow point. The product comes with additional bolts and nuts, but they are not required for the NP300 application. It is important to use all supplied and specified components during the installation of the tow points to ensure maximum safety and working load limit.
Product Usage Instructions
- Start by fitting the tow point to the factory retained nuts on the left-hand side of the vehicle.
- For the right-hand side, use the supplied M12x1.25 high-tensile bolts and retained nuts. Trim the nut plates to fit inside the chassis rail.
- To hold the tow point in place during installation, use a jack or clamp, allowing you to use both hands to hold the nut plate and bolt comfortably.
- Ensure that two bolts per tow point are fitted and torqued to the recommended settings, according to the bolt torque specifications provided. This will ensure that the tow points meet tested standards.
- If fitting with an ARB bar, use the supplied machine washers to space the rearmost hole. This step is not required if fitting with an Ironman 4×4 Bull Bar.
- The product comes with two bolts per side and can be mounted to the front or rear of the vehicle.
- Always use tow points as a matched pair and team them with an equalizing bridle during any recovery situation.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Fitted to NP300 (D23) Navara 2015-on
- Fitted to factory retained nuts on L/H side
- M12x1.25 high-tensile bolts and retained nuts supplied for R/H side (nut plates will need to be trimmed to fit inside chassis rail). Handy hint—Hold tow point in place with jack or clamp allowing use of two hands to hold nut plate and bolt comfortably.
- Ensure two bolts per tow point are fitted and torqued to recommended settings to ensure tow points meet tested standards.
- Machine washers supplied to space rearmost hole, when fitted with ARB bar; not required with fitment of Ironman 4×4 Bull Bar.
- Two bolts per side as supplied; can be mounted to front or rear of vehicle.

Ensure all supplied and specified components are used during the installation of tow points. Failure to do so will significantly reduce the Working Load Limit (WLL) specified for each individual point, which can result in serious injury or death.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Always use tow points as a matched pair teamed with an equalising bridle during any recovery situation.
