Product Usage Instructions
Safety:
The installation and operation of this luminaire must comply with national
safety regulations.
Installation and commissioning should only be performed by a qualified
electrician. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by improper
use or installation.
Any modifications made to the luminaire should be carried out by the
responsible person.
Overvoltage Protection:
The electronic components in the luminaire are protected against overvoltage
according to DIN EN 61547.
For additional protection against transients, it is recommended to use
separate overvoltage protection components available on the manufacturer’s
website.
Replacement of the LED Module:
The designation of the LED module is indicated on a label inside the
luminaire.
BEGA replacement modules have the same light color and output as the original
modules.
Qualified individuals can replace the module using standard tools.
Before replacing the module, disconnect the system and open the luminaire.
Follow the installation instructions provided for the LED module.
If the glass is defective, it should be replaced.
Close the luminaire after completing the replacement.
Note: If mounting the luminaire on a metallic, electroconductive surface,
ensure that the mounting surface is connected conductively to the earth
conductor of the luminaire. Maintain a distance of 340 mm above the luminaire
when replacing the LED module, mounting, or dismantling the glass.

Safety
The installation and operation of this luminaire are subject to national

Please note
If the luminaire is to be mounted onto a metallic, electroconductive surface,
it is mandatory to make sure that the mounting surface is connected
conductively to the earth conductor of the luminaire! For replacing the LED
module, mounting, and dismantling of the glass please keep a distance of 340
mm above the luminaire.
Installation
LED are high-quality electronic components! Please avoid touching the light output opening of the LED directly during installation or relamping. Make an earth conductor connection to the earthing screw (1) on the reverse side of the glass holder. Make electrical connections to the terminals marked (L) and (N). For digital control please use the connecting terminal DA, DA. In case this terminal is not used the luminaire will be operated at full light output. Slide the synthetic diffuser out of the LED supporting section. The mounting of the glass holder requires two holes drilled into the wall. Fix the glass holder with enclosed or any other suitable fixing material onto the mounting surface. Note the position of the application “arrow down”. Insert the synthetic diffuser by sliding it into the LED supporting section until the stop. Place glass with its opening over the LED module. The magnet fixes the glass on the glass holder. The mounting of the glass holder requires two holes drilled into the wall. Fix the glass holder with enclosed or any other suitable fixing material onto the mounting surface. Note the position of the application “arrow down”. Insert the synthetic diffuser by sliding it into the LED supporting section until the stop. Place glass with its opening over the LED module. The magnet fixes the glass on the glass holder.
