Instructions for use
Ironing tips
- Refer to the ironing instructions provided on the care label of the garment to be ironed.
- If the garment does not have a care label or instructions, but you know its fabric type, check the table below.
- Fabrics with a special finish (luster, pleats, contrasts, etc.), can be ironed at a low temperature.
- For silk and other fabrics that likely become shiny after ironing, we recommend that you turn the garments inside out and iron the inner side.
- Velvet and other fabrics that rapidly become shiny should be ironed in one direction with light pressure applied. Always keep the iron moving when ironing.
- Pure wool fabrics (100% wool) may be ironed with steam. We recommend that you select the Steam Rate 2 settings and put a dry cloth on top of the garment when ironing.
- If an item comprises more than one type of fabric, always use the lowest ironing temperature.
- Start by sorting the items to be ironed according to the most suitable ironing temperature, e.g. wool with wool, cotton with cotton, etc. Since the iron heats up faster than it cools down, you should start by ironing the items that require the lowest temperature setting, such as those made from synthetic fabrics. Then move on to the items that require a higher temperature setting, and so on.
- Do not iron over metal objects, for example, zips, rivets, or the metal parts of an ironing board, as this will damage the soleplate.

| Temperature| Fabric type|
