Product Usage Instructions

User Registration and Login

• To register, the distributor submits registration information on the Homepage Registration Page.
• Fill out all necessary information on the Account Registration Page.
• Upon submission, a registration confirmation prompt will be displayed.
• Wait for administrator approval. An email notification will be sent once the process is complete.
• Log in using your account credentials on the Homepage Log-in Page.

Account Management

• After account creation, distributors can view all their projects on the Home Page under the Project List section.
• Click on a project number to access its details on the Project Details Page.
• Distributors can edit project content and view operation logs to track changes.
• Proposal recommendations from superiors will be available for review in the project details.

Project Creation

1. To create a new project, complete the required information on the Add New Project Page.
2. Choose to save it as a draft (Staging) or submit it for review.
3. Staged projects can be reviewed in the Project List before final submission.

Account creation by Flyingvoice sales or post-approval registration.

Home Page
Project List

• Distributors are able to see all the projects they have created.

• Click on the project number to access project details.

• Edit
  Distributors can modify project content.

• Operation Log
  When distributors/salespersons edit or modify a project, the project log will be recorded, showing who made the changes and what content was modified .

• Viewing Proposal Recommendations
  The proposals provided by superiors (salespersons) will be displayed here for a distributor to review in the project details.

• Project Approval Nodes
  From the creation of a project to the end of project approval, the approval status of the project is displayed in the node on the project details page .

Project Creation

Additional Projects
As shown in the picture, after completing the information on the project reporting page, you can choose to save it temporarily or submit it for review to add a new project.
(The following are all test information and have no actual significance.)

• Click ‘Staging’
  Staging: The project draft does not enter the approval process of superiors

• Click Submit for Review
  Submit for Review: The project will be submitted to the superior (salesperson) for review: an email notification will be sent to the superior (salesperson), and they will also receive a system notification upon logging into the system.

• Project List
  After the project is staged/submitted for review, you can see it in the project list and click on the project number to see the project details .

• Project Details

• Edit
  The distributor can click on the edit button to modify the content of the newly added project. The above describes the process for distributors to report projects.

Price Application

After reviewing the proposal recommendations, the distributor can provide their desired prices and quantities based on the proposals.

Add Price Application
Price application can be made through the operation after the proposal of the solution, if there is no proposal of the solution, price application can be made directly.

View Price Application
Click on the expanding triangle of the price application to view the price application.

Cancel Price Application

You can cancel applications that are currently under review or have been reviewed, making it facilitate re-application.
