SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR MITRE SAWS
Read all the instructions, safety instructions and all the instructions for the mitre saw before use, and familiarise yourself with the stand and the saw and how to use them.
- The product is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge on how to use it, unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the product from someone who is responsible for their safety. Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the product.
- Read all the instructions and warning labels on the product before using it, to understand its applications, limitations and potential risks.
- Do not use the stand if any parts are missing.
- The maximum total permitted weight of mitre saw and workpiece is 150 kg.
- Never modify the stand in any way, or use it for anything other than its intended purpose.
- Check that the saw is correctly and firmly mounted before plugging the plug in a power point.
- Place the stand on a horizontal and stable surface. Never use the stand on an uneven or unstable surface. Make sure there is enough space for safe handling and safe support for the workpiece.
- Follow the installation instructions for the mitre saw and check that it sits firmly in place.
- Incorrect installation can result in a risk of the saw moving on, or falling off the stand when in use or when moving the stand. Check always before use or moving that the saw is firmly in place and that the screw unions are tight.
- Never lift any part of the mitre saw fastened to the stand.
- Do not step, sit or stand on the stand.
- Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer. The use of other accessories can result in personal injury and/or material damage.
- Never allow brake fluid, petrol, oil-based products, penetrating oils, etc. to come in contact with plastic parts. Chemicals can weaken, damage and ruin the plastic, which can cause serious personal injury.
- Read these instructions carefully before use, and save them for future reference. Persons who are not familiar with these instructions must not use the product. These instructions should be enclosed with the product if it is borrowed, sold or passed on.

Unpack the product and check that all the parts are included and undamaged .

INSTALLATION
TOOLS
- Phillips screwdriver (PH2)
- Spanner 13 mm
- Spanner 10 mm
FITTING TRANSPORT HANDLE
- Place the stand on the floor, with the retracted legs turned up.
- Fit the transport handle on the frame with two M8 x 14 screws with round head (J), flat washers (H) and spring washers (I). Firmly tighten
UNFOLDING LEGS
- Press the release lever on the leg catch and unfold the first leg until the lock pin clicks in place.
- Repeat for the other three legs Turn over the saw table and stand it on the legs. Check that all the legs are firmly in contact with the surface.

FITTING THE WHEELS
- Fit one wheel on the end of one axle and fasten with a circlip on the end of the axle.
- Check that the circlip snaps in place correctly in the slot and holds the wheel firmly in place. Repeat for the other wheel.
FITTING ROLLER SUPPORTS
- Fit the roller support post (B) in the housing.
- Hold the roller support at the required level and tighten the knob (L) to lock in this position.
- Repeat for the other roller support.
- The roller supports can be adjusted lengthwise and vertically if the corresponding lock knob is released
FITTING MITRE SAW
Fit the mitre saw on the bracket with quickcouplings with the supplied attachment parts (screws, washers and nuts) as shown in figure.

FIT SAW BRACKET WITH QUICKCOUPLING ON FRAME
Hook the quick-couplings for the bracket in the stand. Open the quick- couplings with their handle. Lift the mitre saw and place the brackets on the stand as shown in the figure

STORAGE COMPARTMENT
Pull out the roller supports to access the builtin storage compartments for small parts
USE
TRANSPORT
Maintain a firm footing and good balance when moving the stand, to avoid stumbling and slipping – risk of personal injury.
- Lift the stand a little at the wheel end. 2. Hold the stand with one hand, press in the release levers with the other hand and retract in both legs. Lock the legs in retracted position.
- Lower the stand so that it rests on the wheels.
- Lift the other end of the stand with the transport handle so that the other extended legs lift up from the surface.
- Press the release levers and retract the legs. Lock the legs in retracted position.
- Carefully lower the stand so that it rests on the surface.
- To move the stand, lift the end with the transport handle and roll it on the wheels
