Product Usage Instructions
Voice and Remote Control
To control your Flexis Air Conditioner using voice or remote control:
- Download and install the SmartHQTM app on your smartphone.
- Connect your air conditioner to Wi-Fi using the app.
- Use the SmartHQTM app to turn on your air conditioner from anywhere or set the desired temperature.
- If you have Google Home or Amazon Alexa, enable the voice control feature and use voice commands to control your air conditioner.
Healthier Air
To ensure cleaner air and reduce the growth of mold and bacteria:
- Activate the self-cleaning function on your Flexis air conditioner. The carbon filter and anti-bacterial silver ion coating will
help filter and kill bacteria.
Sleep Mode
To set the ideal sleeping environment:
- Activate sleep mode on your Flexis air conditioner.
- Adjust the temperature settings to your preference for a comfortable sleep throughout the night.
Even Airflow
To achieve even temperature distribution in the room:
- Enable the 3D Airflow feature on your Flexis air conditioner.
- This will direct the air horizontally and vertically, ensuring consistent heating and cooling.
Eco Sensor
To optimize energy efficiency:
- The Eco Sensor detects when there is no one in the room.
- After 20 minutes of detecting no movement, it will switch to Energy Saving mode for more efficient temperature control.
Installation and Maintenance
For easy installation and maintenance:
- Follow the provided positioning specifications for proper installation.
- To access the control board and motor, refer to the user manual for instructions.

Your Flexis air conditioner will continue working efficiently to produce clean
air, with a Self-clean function that stops dirt from accumulating and reduces

SLEEP MODE
Sleep mode supports your ideal sleeping environment, raising, lowering or
maintaining the temperature throughout the night to ensure maximum comfort.
EVEN AIRFLOW
Enjoy an even temperature throughout the room with 3D Airflow. Air is directed
horizontally as well as vertically for consistent heating and cooling, with
airflow that reaches up to 20m.
ECO SENSOR
The Eco movement sensor detects when there is nobody in the room, switching to
