CARRIERS OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not exceed the maximum permitted roof load and total weight of the car, see owner’s handbook.
- The maximum roof load consists of the total of the inherent weight of the load carriers and the load.
- Distribute the load uniformly over the carrier surface with the lowest possible centre of gravity and secure the load so that it cannot move when driving and braking.
- Check the position of the load and its fastening at regular intervals.
- Do not use elastic fastenings.
- Roof loads change the driving capability and sensitivity to side-winds of the vehicle.
- Special fasteners are needed for bikes.
- Be careful when driving with roof loads that increase the uplift force, such as surfboards and building boards etc.
- Check the screw unions and fastenings after driving a short distance and then at regular intervals. Tighten to the specified torque, where appropriate.
- Adjust your speed to the load on the vehicle.
- Drive safely. Avoid sharp accelerations, braking, and turns.
- For the safety of other motorists and to save energy the load carriers should be removed when not in use.
DESCRIPTION
Universal mounting kit to fasten the roof box to the load carriers on the car. Adapter for load carriers with profile width of 33-90 mm.

NOTE:
Clean the car and take care not to damage the paintwork when fitting. 
MAINTENANCE
- Clean the product at regular intervals and before putting into storage. Use lukewarm water and when necessary a mild detergent. Do not use strong or abrasive detergents.
- Store the product in a dry and safe place when not in use.
