SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- The warnings and instructions in these instructions do not cover all the possible situations that could occur. Users must employ common sense and due caution.
- The maximum permitted load is 135 kg. Never overload the product.
- Never transport persons on the device.
- The product is only intended to be used for lifting motorbikes. Do not use the product to transport things.
- Never lift people or animals with the product.
- Keep children and onlookers at a safe distance when using the product.
- Do not wear loose-fitting clothing, jewellery or watches that can get caught in moving parts. Wear a hair net if you have long hair.
- Do not overreach. Always maintain a firm footing and good balance. Wear non-slip shoes.
- Only use the product on a level, stable, dry and nonslip surface that can support the weight. Keep the work area clean and well lit.
- Do not go under the platform if it is not mechanically locked.
- Do not step onto the platform or allow other persons to climb onto the platform when it is lifted up.
- The motorbike must be led onto the platform. Never attempt to drive a motorbike onto the platform. The motorbike must also be led down from the platform.
- Anchor the motorbike to the platform with a suitable strap.
- Check that the centre of gravity of the load is within the marked square on the platform.
- When the platform is raised to working height, check that the lock pin is inserted to prevent unintentional lowering.
- Check before lowering that there are no obstructions under the platform and no persons or animals in the vicinity.
- Keep your hands and feet away from moving parts.
- Never attempt to transport a load on the platform. The product is only intended to be used in a static position to lift and lower loads. Make sure that the load is stable at all times.
- Do not use the product if any parts are missing or damaged, or if it has been overloaded or subjected to shock loading.
- Never use the product if you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
- Never allow children, or anyone who is unfamiliar with the product and these instructions, to use it.
- Never modify the product or its accessories in any way.
- Do not expose the product to rain, snow or moisture.
- Any repairs must be carried out by an authorised service centre or other qualified personnel. Only use spare parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR LIFTING/MOVING HEAVY OBJECTS
- Never walk or stand beneath a suspended load. Keep onlookers, especially children, and pets at a safe distance.
- Follow the instructions of the manufacturer for securing the motorbike on the product and for how to protect it from damage when lifting it. The user is responsible for any damage resulting from failure to follow these instructions.

- Handle suspended loads with care. The load must be well balanced. Do not make sudden moves with the load. Do not allow the load to swing. Use approved straps, chains and hooks etc.
- Check the lifting devices for wear at regular intervals. Replace damaged or worn parts before using the product again. Make sure the load does not knock into any surrounding objects. Lower the load carefully. Only place heavy loads on a surface that can bear the weight.
- Loads must only be lifted/moved by persons who have the requisite competence. The user is responsible for any accidents or risks to other persons or property.
- Never attempt to lift or move people with the product.

ASSEMBLY
USE
NOTE:
Max load : 135 kg. Never exceed the maximum permitted load.
- Fix the motorbike firmly on the platform with the 2 hooks, which are hooked in the 2 U-bolts.
- Raise the platform with the pedal.
- When the platform has reached the right height, put in the lock pin so that it cannot go down
- Lower the platform by removing the lock pin and slowly opening the air valve. The lowering speed depends on how much the lowering valve is opened. The lowering speed increases the more the valve is opened.
- Close the valve when the platform has been lowered to the required height
MAINTENANCE
- When the product is not in use it should be stored in its lowered position to minimise the risk of corrosion on the cylinder and/or piston.
- Keep the product clean, dry and free from oil and grease. Lubricate moving parts.
- Regularly check the cylinder and piston for corrosion. Clean the parts of the cylinder and piston that come into contact with the air with a clean cloth and a little oil.
- Check all the parts of the product before use. Do not use the product if parts are worn or damaged. Replace damaged or worn parts before using the product again.
- If the hydraulic system looses power, open the air valve and pump the pedal 15 to 20 times to vent the hydraulic system.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Any repairs must be carried out by an authorised service centre or other qualified personnel. Only use spare parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer
