SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Never attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Never attempt to charge batteries not intended to be used with this charger.
- If the power cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised service centre to avoid the risk of electric shock.
- The product can be used by children from 8 years and upwards and by persons with physical, sensorial or mental disabilities, or persons who lack experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or receive instructions concerning the safe use of the product and understand the risks involved with its use. Do not allow children to play with the product. Do not allow children to clean or maintain the product without superv1s1on.
- Keep small children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the product. Keep the charger and the power cord away from children under eight years of age.
- Pull out the plug from the power point before inserting or removing the battery.
- Never leave the product unattended – risk of fire and electric shock.
- Protect the product from moisture. Damp or dirty conditions can have an adverse effect on the product.
- Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid, or use it where there is a risk of it being splashed, or dropping into water.
- WARNING! Explosive gas. Avoid sparks and naked flames. Make sure there is adequate ventilation when using the product.
- Connect the product to an easily accessible power point near the battery charger.
- The product is only intended for household use, not for commercial use.
- Connect the product via a residual current device (max 30 mA) if possible. Never modify the power cord or plug!
- Never pull out the plug with the power cord, or touch the power cord with wet hands. Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces/objects, oil, sharp edges and moving objects.
- Check the product for damage.
- Be careful when handling and using the product.
- Avoid dropping the product and do not subject it to knocks and blows – risk of material damage and personal injury.
- Never use a damaged battery charger or battery.
- Do not poke your fingers or anything else into the openings on the product.
- Do not expose the product to rain or moisture – risk of corrosion.
- Do not expose the product to dust and debris – risk of blockage and overheating.
- Never put batteries on top of the product.
- Place the product on well protected and stable surface.

DESCRIPTION
Battery charger for both lead-acid and AGM batteries. The product also has functions that provide protection from short circuiting and incorrect connection. Charging resumes automatically after a power cut.
USE
PREPARATION
Always disconnect the earth terminal first when removing batteries from
vehicle. Check that electrical equipment and accessories are switched off and
that the battery switch (if there is one) is switched off.
CHARGING
WARNING!
- Read these instructions carefully before use.
- Disconnect the power supply before connecting or disconnecting the battery.
- Explosive gas forms during battery charging. Avoid sources of heat, such as naked flames or sparks. Ensure good ventilation.
- Do not smoke near the product when charging battery.
- The charging current is set automatically, depending on the battery capacity and/or charging level.
- Integrated overcharge protection.
- Charging starts automatically, and switches off automatically when fully charged.
- The product monitors the battery status when the battery is fully charged. Trickle charging with 1.5 A takes place when the battery voltage drops below 12.9 V until the battery is fully charged again.

Indication of charging level
The button “Charging/Full” goes red when charging is in progress. When the
battery is fully charged the button goes green and the product goes on
standby.
CHARGING CURRENT
CONNECTION TO BATTERY
- Connect the product to a power point and check that the “Power” status light goes on.
- Select battery type – lead-acid or AGM with the mode button. The status light for set battery type goes on.
- Connect the red positive lead(+) to the positive terminal(+) on the battery.
- Connect the black negative lead (-) to the negative terminal (-) on the battery. After charging:
- Disconnect the black negative cable(-) from the negative terminal (-) on the battery.
- Disconnect the red positive lead (+)from the positive terminal(+) on the battery.
- Unplug the charger from the power point.
