PRE-INSTALLATION NOTICE

• This product will not increase the load capacity of your vehicle.
• Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit.
• The installation process may require drilling, professional installation is recommended to ensure personul sufety.
• All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance with your local modification regulations.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

ASSEMBLING THE AIR SPRING

NOTE: The heat shield is installed on the passenger side only.

PLACING THE ASSEMBLY ON THE AXLE

STEP 1.
Raise the vehicle and support it using safety stands so that the axle can be safely dropped away from the frame, and the air spring assemblies can be put into position between the leaf spring and frame. Then remove the rear wheels.

STEP2.
Loosen and remove the jounce bumper from the frame.

STEP 3.
Remove the brake line bracket on the left side only. Keep the bolt for later installation.

STEP4.
Place the assembly on the axle.

INSTALLING THE LOWER BRACKET

STEPI.
install the lower mounting bracket (2) of the Air spring bag kit list) with the U-bolt (14) of the Air spring bag kit list). Then tighten nuts.

STEP2.
Install the fastening bracket (3) of the Air spring bag kit list) to the axle with the carriage bolt (8) of the Air spring bag kit list). Then tighten the flange nut (13) of the Air spring bag kit list).

NOTE:
May need 16 carriage bolt on left side.

INSTALLING THE UPPER BRACKET

STEPI.
Attach the upper mounting bracket of the Air spring bag kit list) to the frame with bolts. Then tighten the bolts with washers and nuts.

STEP2.
Finally tighten all bolts.

STEP3.
The driver side and passenger side are installed in the same way.

INSTALLING THE AIR LINES

STEP1
Cut the air line appropriately and push the hose into the fitting then pull back and make sure it’s locked in place.

NOTE:
Must slide the air line protective sleeve over the air line near the exhaust port.

STEP2.
Install the inflatable valve bracket () of the Air spring bag kit list) with nylon tie in a selected location, usually at the rear of the vehicle. Then install the Inflation valves on the bracket. Alternatively, drill a 5/16″ hole directly to mount the inflation valve.

CHECK AIR TIGHTNESS

• Put some air into the air spring bag, then spray a soapy solution on all connections and valves while checking for exiting air bubbles.

INSTALLATION COMPLETED
