PRE-INSTALLATION NOTICE
- This product will not increase the load capacity of your vehicle.
- Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit.
- It is necessary to ensure that there is at least 1/2″ of gap between the kit and the frame when the car is empty.
- All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance with your local modification regulations.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
REMOVING THE BUMP STOP
- STEP 1.
- Raise the vehicle with a jack and make sure the suspension kit assembly can be put into position between the axle and frame.
- STEP 2.
- Remove the factory bump stop and keep the nuts.
INSTALLING THE RUBBER ASSEMBLY
- STEP 1.
- Install the rubber assembly to the frame with the bump stop nuts. Then insert the U-shaped gasket between the upper mounting bracket and the beam.
- STEP 2.
- Fasten all the nuts. Repeat the same process on the other side.
