PRE-INSTALLATION NOTICE
- This product will not increase the load capacity of your vehicle.
- Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit.
- The installation process may require drilling, professional installation is recommended to ensure personal safety.
- All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance with your local modification regulations.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
ASSEMBLING THE AIR SPRING
NOTE:
The heat shield is on the passenger side.
REMOVING THE JOUNCE BUMPER AND INSTALLING THE UPPER BRACKET

STEP1.
- Raise the vehicle and support it using safety stands so that the axle can be safely dropped away from the frame, and the air spring assemblies can be put into position between the axle and frame

STEP2.
- Loosen and remove the jounce bumper from the frame.

STEP3.
- Install the driver’s side upper mounting bracket (1 of the Air spring bag kit list) and several thick or thin spacer blocks (7)or (8)of the Air spring bag kit list) between the bottom of the bracket and frame rail to fill the gap. Then secure the spacer blocks with a hex socket head screw(14 of the Air spring bag kit list).
NOTE:
The thick and thin spacers are optional
- Install the driver’s side upper mounting bracket (1 of the Air spring bag kit list) and several thick or thin spacer blocks (7)or (8)of the Air spring bag kit list) between the bottom of the bracket and frame rail to fill the gap. Then secure the spacer blocks with a hex socket head screw(14 of the Air spring bag kit list).

STEP4.
- Align the bracket hole with the hole in the frame and lock it with a Hex bolt (17 of the Air spring bag kit list ).
NOTE:
The installation on the passenger’s side is different from the driver’s side.
- Align the bracket hole with the hole in the frame and lock it with a Hex bolt (17 of the Air spring bag kit list ).
INSTALLING THE AIR SPRING BAG
- STEP1.
- Fasten the air spring bag to the upper bracket with the Hex nut ( 25 of the Air spring bag kit list) and Lock washer (18 of the Air spring bag kit list).Then install the Air connector (29 of the Air spring bag kit list).
NOTE:
The align pin must be aligned with the front locating holes of the upper bracket.
- Fasten the air spring bag to the upper bracket with the Hex nut ( 25 of the Air spring bag kit list) and Lock washer (18 of the Air spring bag kit list).Then install the Air connector (29 of the Air spring bag kit list).
INSTALLING THE LOWER BRACKET
- STEP1.
- Install the lower mounting bracket A ( 3 of the Air spring bag kit list) to the air spring bag with the hex socket head screw (15 of the Air spring bag kit list).
- STEP2.
- Placing the lower mounting bracket B (4 of the Air spring bag kit list) to the axle. Secure the lower brackets to the axle with hex bolt ((12)of the Air spring bag kit list) and u-bolt (28)of the Air spring bag kit list).
- STEP3.
- Install the fastening bracket (6 of the Air spring bag kit list) to the axle with the Carriage bolt (13) of the Air spring bag kit list). Then tighten all the flange nuts (20 of the Air spring bag kit list).
INSTALLING THE AIRLINES
- STEP 1.
- Cut the air line appropriately and push the hose into the fitting then pull back and make sure it’s locked in place.
- STEP2.
- Install the inflatable valve bracket ((9) of the Air spring bag kit list) with nylon tie in a selected location, usually at the rear of the vehicle. Then install the Inflation valves on the bracket.
CHECK AIR TIGHTNESS
Put some air into the air spring bag, then spray a soapy solution on all connections and valves while checking for exiting air bubbles.
INSTALLATION COMPLETED
