INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CONTROL ARMS FIT INFINITI QX4/NISSAN PATHFINDER
PRODUCT INFORMATION
This new kit of rear lower and upper control arms replaces your factory rugged ones. It is a bolt-on kit for easy installation.
KIT CONTENTS
INSTRUCTIONS-REAR LOWER CONTROL ARM
- Jack up the rear end of the vehicle and support the frame with jack stands. Remove wheels and tires. Remember to take out one control arm only at a time.
- Remove the brake line brackets from the lower control arm. Use a floor jack to support the rear axle and raise it to keep the angle as close to riding height as possible.
- Loosen the bolts and get the stock lower control arm off the vehicle. Keep the factory hardware for later use.
- Install the new lower control arm and line up the bolt. Repeat on the opposite side.
INSTRUCTIONS-REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM
- Disconnect the sway bar end link to get access to the upper control arm bolt. Keep the factory hardware for reuse.
- Hold the rear differential with a jack stand to prevent it from twisting or doing any movements when taking the upper control arm out.
- Loosen the 2 bolts of the upper control arm. Keep hardware for reuse. Install the new control arm to the vehicle. Line up the bolts. Repeat on the opposite side.
MAINTENANCE
- Highly suggest drivers inspect the nuts and bolts for tightness regularly.
