Product Information
The trailer hitch receiver is a bolt-on hitch designed for easy installation on your Jeep Gladiator without the need for modification.
Kit Contents
- 1 x 2 Hitch Receiver
- 1 x Hexagonal Screw
- 2 x Round Head Screws
- 3 x Spacers
- 3 x Spring Pads
- 2 x Nuts
- 2 x Square Hole Spacers
- 2 x Fishing Wires
Product Usage Instructions
- Disconnect the wires from the vehicle and loosen the screws securing the rear bumper to remove it.
- Pull the fishing wire through the bolt holes underneath the rear crossmember and attach it to the round head screw passing through the square hole spacer.
- Carefully guide the round head screw into the bolt hole underneath the cross member by pulling the fishing wire slowly. Repeat for the other end.
- Align the trailer hitch receiver in position and install the hexagonal screw through the spring pad and spacer on top of the receiver.
- Install the remaining spring pads and spacers on both sides and secure them with nuts.
- Tighten all screws securely. Reinstall the rear bumper and reconnect the wires.
Notes:
- Re-torque and check fasteners after 250 miles and regularly thereafter.
- Never exceed the GTW and TW capacity specified in the instruction manual during use.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Disconnect the wires from the vehicle, loosen the screws securing the rear bumper and remove the rear bumper.
- Pull the coiled end of the fishing wire (8) through the bolt holes underneath the rear crossmember and pull it towards the ends of the rear crossmember. Attach the coiled end of the fishing wire to the round head screw (3) passing through the square hole spacer (7)
- Pull the fishing wire back slowly so that the round head screw pulls into the bolt hole underneath the cross member. Carefully remove the fishing wire from the round head screw and repeat the above steps at the other end.
- Align the trailer hitch receiver (1) in the mounting position and install the hexagonal screw (2) who through the spring pad (5) and spacer (4) on top of the trailer hitch receiver.
- Install the remaining spring pads and spacers on the round head screws on both sides and fix them with nuts (6).
- Finally, tighten all screws. Reinstall the rear bumper and connecting wires
NOTE
- Re-torque and check fasteners after 250 miles and frequently thereafter.
- Gross trailer weight (GTW): 5000 lbs.; Tongue weight (TW):500 lbs.. Never exceed the GTW and TW capacity recommended in the instruction manual when using.
