PRE-INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- This product will not increase the load capacity of your vehicle.
- Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit.
- The installation process may require drilling, professional installation is recommended to ensure personal safety.
- All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance with your local modification regulations.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
ASSEMBLING THE AIR SPRING
PLACING THE ASSEMBLY ON THE LEAF SPRING
- STEP 1.: There must be 8 inches of width between the tire and the frame to install this kit.
- STEP 2.: Raise the vehicle and support it using safety stands so that the axle can be safely dropped away from the frame, and the air spring assemblies can be put into position between the leaf spring and frame. Then remove the wheels.
- STEP 3. : Remove the bolt on the leaf spring and reroute this hose.

STEP 4:. Remove the two bolts, washers and nuts of the B&W side plate on the frame. And keep them you just removed.

STEP 5.: Place the assembly on the leaf spring.

NOTE : Install the large 3/4 inch carriage bolt to the upper mounting bracket that was removed earlier.
INSTALLING THE UPPER BRACKET
STEP 1. Attach the upper mounting bracket (1 or 2 of the Air spring bag kit list) to the frame with bolts.
INSTALLING THE LOWER BRACKET
- STEP 1. Adjust the assembly so that the air spring is perpendicular to the bottom and top mounting brackets without twisting.
- STEP 2. Install the U-bolt (12 of the Air spring bag kit list) to the leaf spring with the lower mounting bracket (3 of the Air spring bag kit list). Then tighten the bolts with nuts and washers.
NOTE : According to different structures of leaf spring, the lower mounting bracket can be installed with 13 U-bolts.
STEP 3. Install the R clip original bolt. 6 of the Air spring bag kit list) on the leaf spring with
- STEP 4. Finally, tighten all bolts.
- STEP 5. This passenger side is installed in the same way.
INSTALLING THE AIRLINES
STEP 1. Cut the air line appropriately and push the hose into the fitting then pull back and make sure it’s locked in place.
STEP 2. Install the inflation valve in a selected location, usually on the license plate at the rear of the vehicle.
CHECK AIR TIGHTNESS
- Put some air into the air spring bag, then spray a soapy solution on all connections and valves while checking for exiting air bubbles.
