Product Usage Instructions
Before Installation:
All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in
compliance with local regulations. Keep stock hardware for potential reuse.
Kit Contents:
- 2x Axle Relocator Bracket
- 2x U-Bolt Plate Bracket
- 2x U-Bolt Retainers
- 2x Bump Stops
- 1x 1/4 Thickness Transmission
- 1x 1/2 Thickness Transmission
Installation Steps:
- Jack the rear end of the vehicle and support it with safety floor stands. Remove rear wheels and tires.
- Remove the brake and ABS line bracket from the factory axle locator.
- Loosen and remove the factory U-bolts and U-bolt plate.
- Tighten the leaf spring down, reinsert it upside down, and place the new axle relocator on top of the leaf spring.
- Install U-bolt retainer and plate under the leaf spring pack. Tighten U-bolts to factory specs.
- Reattach brake and ABS line bracket to the new axle relocator.
- Cut factory bump stop mount, drill a hole in the frame, and install supplied bump stop on both sides.
- Put rear tires and wheels on, remove jack and stand, lower the truck.
Maintenance :
Regularly inspect nuts and bolts for tightness. Align the vehicle with a
certified professional experienced in aligning lifted vehicles.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

- This flip kit gives a max 7″ lowering in the rear end of your truck.
KIT CONTENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

Jack the rear end of the vehicle. Support the rear axle ends with safety floor stands. Remove rear wheels and tires.

Remove the brake and ABS line bracket from the factory axle locator.

Loosen the factory U-bolts. Remove the factory U-bolts and the U-bolts plate.

Use a clamp to tighten the leaf spring down on each side of it. Loosen the 1nut and bolt on the top of the leaf spring (centering pin), take it out, and 2

Put the new axle relocator provided on the top of the leaf spring. Swing the axle and put it on the top of the relocator. The leaf spring is now below the axle.

Place the small U-bolt retainer on top of the factory spring perch with the ears facing up. Next, install the factory U-bolt facing down and go through the new big U-bolt plate that is under the leaf spring pack. Tighten the U-bolts and torque to factory specs. Repeat on the opposite side.

Re-attach the brake and ABS line bracket to the new axle relocator with factory hardware.

Install transmission mount spacer to correct a small drive line vibration. Remove the transmission mount, raise the transmission, and insert the spacer. Tighten down the transmission and the spacer using the 10 mm bolts and nuts provided.
Note: The ½” spacer is recommended for 2007-2013 models and the ¼” tall spacer is recommended for 2014-present trucks.
Either can be switched, swapped or combined depending if driveline vibration is experienced. -
Cut the factory bump stop mount and smooth out the sharp edges. Mark the axle where it will come into contact with the frame, and drill a 5/16” hole centered on the frame where you made the mark. Repeat on the opposite side.

Using a 3/8-16 reamer, tap the hole in the frame and install the supplied bump stop. Repeat on the opposite side.

Put the rear tires and wheels on. Remove the jack and jack stand. Lower the truck to the ground.
MAINTENANCE
- Highly suggest drivers inspect the nuts and bolts for tightness regularly.
- An alignment by a certified alignment professional with experience in aligning lifted vehicles must be performed.
