Mount and Accessories

Ensure all parts are included and in good condition before starting the installation. Some hardware provided may not be used.

Installation Steps

• Step 1: Remove the VESA Plate
  Begin by removing the VESA Plate from the packaging.

• Step 2: Attach to the Pole
  Securely attach the mount to the pole using the provided hardware.

• Step 3: Attaching the VESA Plate
  Connect the VESA Plate to the mount arm according to the instructions provided.

• Step 4: Connecting the VESA Plate to the Mount Arm
  Make sure the VESA Plate is securely attached to the mount arm.

• Step 5: Levelling and Tilt Adjustments
  Adjust the level and tilt of the mounted TV to your desired position.

• Step 6: Final Adjustments
  Make any final adjustments needed for optimal viewing experience.

• Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.
• Use the mounting screws provided and DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN mounting screws.
• This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep these items away from children.
• This product is intended for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal injury.

IMPORTANT:
Ensure that you have received all parts according to the component checklist before installation. If any parts are missing or faulty, contact Mount-It! for a replacement.

MAINTENANCE

Check that the product is secure and safe to use at regular intervals (at least every three months).

TV Mounting Hardware

• Check carefully to make sure there are no missing or defective parts. Some hardware provided may not be used. Use the correct mounting hardware suitable for your installation.
• CHOKING HAZARD. The package includes small parts. Not for children under 3 years. Adult supervision is required.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT CAPACITY

• The rated weight capacity is 55lbs for the mount.
• Caution : Ensure all mounting surfaces are capable of holding the weight of your mount.
• DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM LISTED WEIGHT CAPACITY. SERIOUS INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE MAY OCCUR!

INSTALLATION

• Step 1

  • Remove the VESA Plate
  • Remove the 3 nuts indicated here, to remove the VESA plate from the Mount (#A).

• Step 2
  Attach to the Pole

  • Hold the Mount (#A) to one side of the pole, and the Pole Clamp (#D) to the other. Secure the two parts together with Clamp Bolts (#E) and Clamp Nuts (#F), and tighten until secure using 6mm Hex Wrench.
  • Attach the Cable Clip (#G) to the arm as shown.

• Step 3

  • For VESA Patterns 75×75, 100×100, 200×100, and 200×200 use the VESA Plate only. Arms (#B) and (#C) will not be used, and you may proceed to the next step.
  • For displays with VESA patterns greater than 200×200, attach the VESA Arms (#B, #C) in the configurations shown here that match the VESA pattern on your device. Secure the VESA Arms in place using Bolts (#H).

• Step 4
  Attaching the VESA Plate

  • Select the appropriate size mounting bolt (#M-A, M-B, M-C, M-D) and washer (#M-E) for your display’s mounting holes and verify the length of the VESA bolt is not too long. If you are unsure of the correct bolt size for your display refer to your user manual or contact the device manufacturer for sizing information.
    If necessary, use the included spacers (#M-F, M-G) between the mount and the display as shown above to adjust the length of the mounting bolt. Multiple spacers can be used in combination to achieve the desired bolt depth. Attach the VESA Plate using the selected bolts and tighten until secure. Do not over- tighten.

• Step 5
  Connecting the VESA Plate to the Mount Arm

  • Place the VESA plate onto the end of the Mount Arm as shown, then secure it in place by reattaching the 3 nuts removed earlier. Tighten until secure using the Wrench

• Step 6
  Levelling and Tilt Adjustments

  • To adjust the tilt angle of the screen, use the 4mm Hex Wrench to loosen the bolt shown here. Adjust the tilt to the desired angle and then tighten the bolt back down.
  • To adjust the horizontal level of the screen, rotate the screen for up to +/-3° adjustment. If you have difficulty adjusting the level or if it will not stay in place, loosen or tighten the nuts shown in Step 5 as needed.

• Step 7
  Final Adjustments

  • The screen can be tilted forward or backward in a range of +10° to -15°. It may be turned left or right up to 90° in each direction, and the screen can be levelled +/- 3°
