CAUTION: Use with products heavier than the rated weights indicated may
result in instability causing possible injury.
- Please closely follow the assembly instructions. Improper installation may result in damage or serious personal injury.
- Safety gear and proper tools must be used. This product should only be installed by professionals.
- This product is designed to be installed on solid concrete walls, masonry walls or wood stud walls.
- Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.
- Use the mounting screws provided and DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN mounting screws.
- This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep these items away from children.
- This product is intended for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal injury.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that you have received all parts according to the
component checklist prior to installation. If any parts are missing or faulty,
contact Mount-It! for a replacement.
MAINTENANCE: Check that the product is secure and safe to use at regular
intervals (at least every three months).
Mount and Accessories
Check carefully to make
sure there are no missing or defective parts. Some hardware provided may not
be used. Use the correct mounting hardware suitable for your installation.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT CAPACITY
Step 1
Apply the Small Pad
- Peel the adhesive backing off the Small Pad (#C) and apply it to one side of the Small Plate (#D) so that the holes line up.
Step 2a
For Clamp Installation
- For clamp installation peel off the adhesive backing from the Large Pad (#B) and apply it to the Large Plate (#A) on the side of the plate that the lip faces toward.
- Place the Large Plate (#A) on the desk so that the lip faces down.
- Place the Small Plate (#D) on the lower clamp so that the pad faces up and place the clamp assembly on the desk over the Large Plate then tighten the mount into place.
Step 2b
For Grommet Installation
- For grommet installation peel off the adhesive backing from the Large Pad (#B) and apply it to the Large Plate (#A) on the side of the plate that the lip faces away from.
- Place the Large Plate (#A) on the desk so that the lip faces up.
- Place the grommet mount back on the desk through the Large Plate. Place the Small Plate (#D) over the grommet bolt on the underside so that the pad faces up, then reinstall the rest of the grommet mount and tighten the mount into place.
