Electrical Safety Instructions

CAUTION
The product is powered by electricity. In order to avoid burns, fire and electric shock, please read the instructions carefully.

• Don’t clean the product with water IJJI while the power is still connected.
• Don’t disassemble or replace components while the power is still connected.
• Never operate the system with a damaged cord or plug. Please contact your point of purchase to replace the damaged parts.
• Never operate the system if it’s in moist environment or its electrical components have contact with liquids.
• Don’t operate the system if the control box makes noise or odor.
  Alterations of the given power unit and control box aren’t allowed.

Other Safety Instructions:

CAUTION

• Remove any obstacles from the area around the desk during assembly and subsequent use.
• Organize all cords and wires to prevent any possible tripping or accidents from occurring.
• Never attempt to modify or change the desk frame or components that operate the desk.
• Don’t add anything to the adjustable junctions of the desk frame.
• The desk is rated for Indoor Use Only.

To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. Checklist and Installation

Please check all of the components shown in the component checklist. If any of the components are missing or damaged, contact your point of purchase for a replacement.

1. Attaching the Crossbars

   • Use Hex Wrench (#S-J) and partially attach 2 M6xl2 Bolts (#S-B) to the outer holes shown here on the top of the Lifting Column (#E), one on each side. Leave a gap of approximately 0.1″ (3mm) between the bottom of the bolt and the lifting column.
   • Slide the Left Crossbar (#B) and the Right Crossbar (#C) onto the bolts on the Lifting Column (#E) as shown below so that the crossbars face the same side as the power cable.
   • Secure the crossbars using 2 M6xl2 Bolts (#S-B) as shown here then tighten all 4 bolts.
   • Repeat this process attaching the 2 remaining crossbars to the other lifting column.

2. Attaching the Side Plates

   • Attach Side Plates (#D) to the top of the Lifting Columns using 2 M6xl0 Bolts (#S-A).
   • Insert 6 Anti-Vibration Pads (#S-G) to the holes shown here. 4 on the Side Plate, and 1 on each Crossbar.
   • Repeat this process on the remaining Lifting Column.

3. Attaching the AC Adapter

   • Slide the AC Adapter (#G) into the Adapter Holder (#H) then hang the holder on one of the crossbars.

4. Attaching the Feet

   • Attach the Foot (#F) to the Lifting Column using 4 M6x35 Bolts (#S-C).
   • Repeat the same process to attach the other foot.

5. Adjusting the Frame and Attaching the Crossbar Rail

   • Carefully place the desktop (not included) upside down on a smooth and flat surface, or on a blanket.
   • Insert the Crossbar Rails (#A) into the ends of the Crossbars on one of the leg assemblies. Place the legs upside down on each side of the desktop as shown here in the center of the desktop, far enough apart to fully support the desktop.
   • Slide the Crossbar Rails (#A) into the crossbars on the other leg as shown in magnification bubble 1.
   • Secure the rails in place using 8 M6xl2 Bolts (#S-B) with 4 on each leg assembly, as shown in magnification bubble 2.

6. Attaching the Frame to the Desktop

   • Attach the assembled desk frame to the desktop through the 12 mounting holes shown here.
   • 12 ST 4.2×16 Screws are provided for this purpose.
   • Warning: Ensure that your desktop is not too thin or too thick to be able to accommodate the length of these screws. If longer/shorter screws are required, it is recommended to use screws of the same diameter, 4.2mm.

7. Connecting the Cables

   • Determine which side the control panel will be located then connect the Controller (#1) to the AC Adapter (#G) as shown.
   • Connect the Controller to the 2 Lifting Columns. Use the longer cable (#S-F) to connect the column furthest from the control panel.
   • Insert the end of the Power Plug (#S-H) into the AC Adapter.
     Note : Do not plug into a power source until the desk is fully assembled and upright in position.

8. Attaching the Controller

   • Attach the Controller to the desktop using 2 ST4.2×16 Screws (#S-D) or the same user selected screws as in step 6.

9. Cable Management

   • Position the Cable Clips (S-1) as needed and attach them using ST4.2 Screws (#S-D) or the same user selected screws as in step 6.
   • Route the cables through the Cables Clips to prevent dangling cables and to provide a clean and neat setup.

10. Adjusting the Desk

    • Turn the desk upright with the help of another person.

    • There are 2 adjustable foot pads on the bottom of each foot. If the desk is not even on the floor, turn the pad to raise or lower it to adjust the level of the desk.
      Tip : Use a bubble level (not included) to help level the desktop.

    • Before using the desk for the first time, you will need to perform a system reset following the steps below. Refer to the below or Digital Control Panel User Guide for more information on using the control panel.

    • To reset the system, press and hold the “Up” and “Down” buttons simultaneously. The unit will emit one beep, the display will show “rSR” and the desk will automatically move down to the lowest position. Do not release the “Up” and “Down” buttons until the unit emits another beep. The desk will raise slightly, and the display will show the current height, then the reset is complete.
