STRP4 Strip-Style Luminaire
SAFETY WARNINGS
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Before you begin.
Read these instructions completely & carefully.
**WARNING Risk of electrical shock. Disconnect power before servicing
or installing the luminaire. Avertissement –

sound surface; All fixtures must be connected to a grounded, three-wire
supply; All electrical connections must be capped with UL-listed wire
connectors rated 600V or higher; If supply wires are located within three
inches of the LED driver, use wire rated for at least 90°C; Consult qualified
electrician before installing.
Follow information on labels & instructions regaling installation near
combustible materials, insulation, and building materials & in Dry or Wet
locations. DD did not install h areas exposed to combustible vapors or gases.
This product must be installed by a person familiar with the construction and
operation of the product and the hazards involved, in accordance with the
applicable intonation. Be an to-ground product to avoid potential electrical
shock or another potential hazard. Use of accessory equipment not recommended
by the manufacturer or instated consistent with instructions may case an
unsafe condition. Do not completely or partially book light emerging from the
product, as this could case an unsafe condition. Do not allow other items to

hands after instating, servicing, handling, cleaning, or otherwise touching

requirements for EMI RFI.
INSTALLATION
Step 1: Unpack & Inspect
Carefully remove the fixture from the packaging. Use gloves to prevent dirt
and oils from transferring to the unit. Inspect the fixture for any defects
before proceeding. Confirm the product ordered matches the product received
Step 2: Remove Cover Plate
Disengage the cover plate from the fixture housing, being careful not to touch
the LED diodes. Pull the assembly away from the housing, disconnect and set it
aside in a location where it will not be exposed to moisture, dirt or
mechanical damage. Be careful to avoid abrading low-voltage wires connecting
the LED driver and LED module assembly.
Step 3: Install End Plates
At each end of the housing, snap in a standard end plate (2pc included). Use
extended end plates (LNPL accessory sold separately) if using a lens.
Alternatively, for continuous run installations use a standard end plate to
align adjoining housings and ensure an end plate, either standard or extended
is installed at the end of each run.
Step 4: Mount Housing
Use appropriate fasteners (not provided) to secure fixture housing to a
mechanically sound surface. Use mounting holes in the top of the housing.
Alternatively, for chain-mounted installations, use the PNDKIT chain mounting
accessory kit.
Step 5: Electrical Connections
Route the power circuit to an appropriate knock-out. Secure the conduit or M/C
cable to the fixture housing and make electrical connections: line to black,
neutral to white and earth ground to the fixture housing using the designated
ground screw.
Step 6: Replace Cover Plate and Test
Reconnect the LED module assembly and snap the cover plate into place. Be
careful not to pinch, cut or abrade wires. Attach lens if using the LEN
accessory (sold separately). Apply electrical power and confirm proper
operation.
APPLICATION ADVICE
- Do not touch LED diodes or connecting clips on the LED modules.
This product is intended for application in indoor, dry and non-corrosive environments.
