INSTALLATION METHOD
- Remove contents from packaging
- Refer to FIGURE 1 below for the location of your concealed on/off power button. To activate the light use the supplied pin and press & hold for 2 seconds to turn “ON/OFF”
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Light Fitting – With the supplied screws, fix the wall mount to the wall.
Connect light fitting to the bracket & connect to the wall mount by sliding
into the back of the bracket
Solar Panel – Using the supplied screws, fasten your solar panel to the wall
(Note; make sure the length from the light fitting is within 3m so the cable
can reach). Place in a location that receives maximum direct sunlight
throughout the day
UNDERSTANDING YOUR REMOTE
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please ensure you place your solar panel in a location where it can achieve a minimum of 6HRS DIRECT SUNLIGHT
- Be aware that on overcast/cloudy days, the solar panel will still charge. However, not as efficiently as a sunny day, so the battery may not reach full capacity. Therefore, your light may turn off earlier than specified
- It’s best not to install the fitting under a street light, porch light or similar as this may stop the automatic day-night sensor triggering and result in your lights not turning on
TROUBLE SHOOTING

3. Long period of overcast weather| 1. Charge the battery in direct sunlight
for 1-2 days with the switch off, then
check again
2. Clean the solar panel
Battery Failure| 1. Access the light and & replace battery
2. Battery has matured| Contact SLD Customer Service to buy
new batteries
Press once to switch light “ON”
Once the alarm has beeped once, this is now in Sensor mode. A dull light will
be emitted when no movement is detected. Once the sensor is triggered the
light turns to 100% brightness for approximately 20 seconds
Press once to switch light completely “OFF”

Press twice to switch the alarm feature “ON”
Alarm will beep twice & take approximately 20 seconds to set, once set you
will hear a long beep to confirm. Light will operate as per the previous
option, however once the sensor is triggered both the brighter lights & alarm
will operate together for pproximately 20 seconds
Press once to switch the alarm feature “OFF”
