Product Usage Instructions
Installation Method
- Remove contents from packaging.
- To locate the ON/OFF switch, twist the solar panel head off the fitting and flip upside down (Refer to FIGURE 2).
- Switch your fitting into the ON position.
- Decide on your installation process, either Surface mount or Spike mount.
- Spike Mount: Remove spike from the post & press into the underside to enable you to spike the light into soil or grass.
- NOTE : The Spike Mount is located INSIDE the bollard post. The piece inside the bottom must be inverted (Refer to FIGURE 1).
Important Notes
- Please ensure you place your solar panels in a location where they can achieve a minimum of 6 hours DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
- Be aware that on overcast/cloudy days, the solar panel will still charge. However, not as efficiently as a sunny day, so the battery may not reach full capacity. Therefore, your light may turn off earlier than specified.
- It’s best not to install these lights underneath a street light, porch light, etc. because this may stop the automatic day-night sensor triggering and result in your lights not turning on.
Troubleshooting
