SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Warning
- Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Some items may be packed in polybags; these bags could cause suffocation; keep away from children and pets.
- Do NOT allow small children to play with, in or around the pet feeder.
- To reduce the risk of injury, please keep close supervision when an appliance is used near children.
- Do NOT use the feeder with pets not able to reach the food tray or with any physical disability.
- Do NOT immerse the base part in water at any time as it may damage electronic components like the control panel.
- Do NOT place any foreign object in the pet feeder.
- Do NOT use outdoors. Check operation frequently to be sure the unit is dispensing properly.
- Do NOT use wet, canned or moist food.
- Do NOT disassemble the unit other than as instructed in this User Guide.
- Do NOT use the feeder for anything other than its intended use.
- Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition. Do not modify the pet feeder.
- Do not operate any appliance if the unit is malfunctioning or has been damaged. Do not attempt repairs on the pet feeder yourself. Contact our customer service immediately for further instructions.
- Always unplug when not in use and before cleaning.
- Never pull on the electrical power cord to remove the plug from the wall outlet.
- If the plug of this device gets wet, turn off electricity to that wall outlet. Do not attempt to unplug.
- Examine the feeder after installation. Do not plug in if there is water on the power cord or plug.
- To avoid tripping, always position power cord out of the way of foot traffic.
CAUTION
- Do NOT allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. If you are concerned about the power cord, purchase a cord conduit (a hard plastic protector) at any hardware store to protect the power cord.
- If an extension cord is necessary, one unit with a proper rating should be used.
- Do NOT install or store the pet feeder where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below 4°C / 39°F.
- Use alkaline D batteries to power. Do NOT use rechargeable batteries.
- Check the batteries regularly. Before leaving for extended time, always replace batteries with new ones.
- Do NOT lift the pet feeder by lid, food tank, or food tray. Lift and carry it using both hands and the base, while keeping the unit in an upright position.
- Suitable for dry food ONLY, with kibble size ranging from 2-10mm / 0.07-0.4in in diameter. Larger kibble may get stuck at the food outlet.
- Read and observe all important notices listed on the pet feeder and in the packaging

BUTTONS AND DISPLAY OVERVIEW

Recording Button
When the device is unlocked, press and hold for 3s until a beep is heard then the device starts to record. Keep holding the button throughout your recording. Release the button when you hear the beep twice, this indicates that the recording has ended. The device supports a maximum of 1 Os recording. -
Unlocked Button
Before programming, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to unlock the system. -
Up Button
• In the unlocked mode, press to increase value.
• In the locked mode, press and hold for 6 to 10 seconds, the display flashes twice, and the current time is 00:00, indicating the resetting is complete. -
Down Button
In the unlocked mode, press to decrease value. -
Setting Button
Press shortly: Confirm the current settings and enters the next step automatically.
Press and hold for 3s: Set the current time of the device. -
Manual Feeding Button
In the unlocked mode, press once to feed a portion.
Note: After 30 seconds of standby, the control buttons and screen are automatically locked.
HOW TO USE
Warning: Please use the original 5V power supply.
ASSEMBLY AND PREPARE FOR SETTING

Take out the food bowl inside the food tank.

Put the desiccant bag into the carrier under the lid.
Notes:
To prevent mold growth, it is recommended to change the desiccant bag every 15 days.
• Remove the desiccant bag before cleaning the lid. -
Add dry pet food to the food tank.
Notes:
Do NOT use canned, wet or moist pet food.
Recommend kibble size ranging from 2-10mm / 0.07-0.4in in diameter. -
Put the lid back on.
Press down to make sure it snaps into place. -
Install the food bowl.
Attach the bowl to the designated notches underneath the feeder base. Note: Before moving the feeder, press the bowl down to remove it from the feeder base. If there is grain in the food bowl, handle it gently to avoid spilling. Hold the base instead of any other parts when lifting the feeder. -
Connect Power.
- Plug the SV power adapter into a power socket and the power cable into the power jack under the feeder.
- Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit, and install 3 alkaline D batteries (not included) in case of power outage.
- The LCD display will light up automatically indicating the feeder is on now.
Notes:
- Batteries are NOT included.
- Before connecting power, make sure all parts are dean and dry.
- The battery should power with an output of 4-5V; the battery level icon on the display blinks on a low battery level.
PROGRAM SETTING
Set the Current Time
- Press and hold the Unlocked button for 3s to unlock other buttons and screen. The lock indicator on the screen turns from .
- Press and hold the Setting Button for 3s, the hour digits will start to flash.
- Press the Up/ Down button to set the hour. Press the Set button to save. The minute digits flash, press the Up/ Down button to set the minute, press the Set button to save. The current time setting is complete
For example: If the current time is 8:30 AM, first, press the Up/Down button to set the hour to 08, press the set button to save, and then press the Up/Down button to set the minute to 30, press the Set button to save.
Set the Number of Meals per Day
After the current time is set, press the Setting Button shortly and the word
“MEAL” will come up and meal number will flash. Press the Up/ Down button to
choose 1-4 meals per day, press the Set button to save.
For example: If you want to set 4 meals per day, press the up button until it shows 1 2 3 4, then press the set button to save.
Set the Feeding Time & Portion of Meals
- Once the number of meals per day is set, the feeder is ready for setting the meal time and portion of the first meal, icon 1 stays solid, the hour digits flash.
- Press the Up/ Down button to set the hour. Press the Set button to save. The minute digits flash, press the Up/ Down button to set the minute. Press the Set button to save.
Set the portion of the first meal
- Once the first meal time is set, the portion number will flash. Press the Up/Down button to set the portion (Max 9), press the Set button to save.
- Repeat the steps above to set the time and portion of other meals if needed. The feeder supports up to 4 meals per day.

Important Notes
- It is normal to hear clicks before food is dispensed.
- One or two kibbles may be left at the chute after feeding, and It may come out of the outlet when the machine is moved (doesn’t indicate faulty equipment).
- Refer to the instructions on your pet food packaging for detailed feeding instructions.
- Please double-check the current time after setting.
Clear All Settings
In the locked mode, press and hold the up button for 6 to 10 seconds, the display flashes twice, and the current time is 00:00, indicating the resetting is complete.
Record a Meal Call
- Unlock the device first by press and hold the Unlock Button for 3s. Then press and hold the Recording Button for 3s until you hear a beep. Keep holding down the Recording Button to record. (10s maximum).
- Release the Recording Button or after the recording has lasted for 10s, the device will beep twice which indicates that the recording has finished and saved.To change the recording, just repeat the process. To check the voice you just recorded, press the Recording button once.
Notes:
- The default of the meal call playback is 2 times, and the meal call plays when feeding time is up.
- When the device ls unlocked, to delete your recording, press and hold the Recording Button for 3s. Release immediately after a beep is heard. When 2 beeps are heard, no recording is taken.
Manually Feed Your Pet
Unlock the screen first (press and hold the Unlocked button®for 3s), then
press the Feed button , the feeder dispenses one portion of food.
Note: The normal schedule and portion is not affected.
CLEAN AND CARE
It’s recommended to clean the feeder regularly for the health of your pet.
The washable parts are as follows: ld, food tank, stainless bowl, bowl holder.
Clean the lid, food tank, food tray
- Disconnect power before cleaning.
- Remove the lid and take out the desiccant bag in the carrier under the lid.
- To remove the food tray, press down the stainless steel bowl with holder.
- To remove the food tank, use your thumbs to press the buckles on both sides while pushing upwards at the same time.
- Rinse and air dry the lid, food tank, food tray thoroughly before refitting them to the machine.
