Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Carefully read all instructions before installation. Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removing the OEM exhaust system to prevent electrical accidents and reset the computer if applicable.
- Step 2: Attach item 2 to the existing exhaust using item 1. Cut item 1 to fit if necessary.
- Step 3: Attach item 4 to the existing isolators and item 2 using items 1 and 6.
- Step 4: Attach item 4 to item 3 using item 1.
- Step 5: Connect the slip fit for item 4 with the provided clamps.
- Step 6: Ensure that the new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain.
- Step 7: Tighten all clamps starting from the rear of the vehicle. Do not exceed 30ft-lb when tightening the clamps. Check all clamps after driving 50 miles and retighten if necessary.

Cut to Fit Installation Instructions
The product also includes cut-to-fit installation instructions for different design styles of the exhaust system. The design styles are categorized as follows:
Design Style 1: Cut to Fit Intermediate Pipe
- Step 1: Attach item 1 to the existing exhaust.
- Step 2: Attach item 3 to the existing isolators.
- Step 3: Cut item 2 4 longer than the distance between the installed parts. This will allow for a 2 overlap for each slip fit.Cutting the part too short will increase the likelihood of leaks.
Design Style 2: Cut to Fit Inlet

Step 1: Attach item 3 to the existing isolators.

Step 2: Attach item 2 to item 3.

Step 3: Cut item 2 2 longer than the distance between item 2 and the OEM part. This will allow for a 2 overlap. Cutting the part too short will increase the likelihood of leaks.
Design Style 3: Cut to Fit Tail Pipe
- Step 1: Attach item 1 to the existing isolators.
- Step 2: Attach item 3 to the existing isolators.
The same warning mentioned earlier applies to these cut-to-fit installation instructions as well.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
(Carefully read all instructions before installation) Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removal of the OEM exhaust system. This will prevent electrical accidents and will reset the computer if it applies to the vehicle. Remove the existing exhaust system from the vehicle. Only remove parts that will be replaced. Clean the existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing. -
STEP 2:
Attach item 2 to the existing exhaust with item 1 (cut to fit) -
STEP 3:
Attach item 4 to existing isolators and item 2 with items 1 and 6 -
STEP 4:
Attach item 4 to item 3 with item 1 -
STEP 5:
Connect slip fit for item 4 with clamps provided -
STEP 6:
Ensure new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain. -
STEP 7:
Tighten all clamps starting from rear of the vehicle. (DO NOT EXCEED 30FT-LB WHEN TIGHTENING CLAMP AND CHECK ALL CLAMPS AFTER 50 MILES. RETIGHTEN IF NECESSARY)
