Product Information
The product being referred to in the user manual is the BRExhaust, Part No. 106-0023. It is an exhaust system designed for vehicles. The exhaust system is intended to replace the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) exhaust system.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting the installation process, it is important to read all the instructions carefully.
- Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removing the OEM exhaust system. This step is crucial to prevent electrical accidents and reset the computer if applicable to the vehicle.
- Remove the existing exhaust system from the vehicle, but only remove the parts that will be replaced.
- Clean the existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing.
- Begin the installation by installing items 1, 2, and 4 to the existing exhaust, isolator, and sensor flange.
- Attach item 3 to the existing isolators and item 2 with item 1.
- Ensure that the new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain.
- Tighten all clamps and bolts starting from the rear of the vehicle.
- When tightening clamps, do not exceed 30 ft-lb of torque. After driving for 50 miles, check all clamps and retighten if necessary.

When working on, under, or around any vehicle, exercise caution. Allow the vehicle’s exhaust system to cool before removal as exhaust temperatures can cause severe burns. If working without a lift, always consult the vehicle manual for correct lifting specifications. Always wear safety glasses and ensure a safe work area. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PART NO. 106-0023
STEP 1:
(Carefully read all instructions before installation) Disconnect the vehicle’s
battery before removal of the OEM exhaust system. This will prevent electrical
accidents and will reset the computer if it applies to the vehicle. Remove
existing exhaust system from the vehicle. Only remove parts that will be
replaced. Clean existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing.
STEP 2:
Begin installation by installing items 1, 2 & 4 to existing exhaust, isolator
and sensor flange
STEP 3:
Attach item 3 to existing isolators and item 2 with item 1
STEP 4:
Ensure new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the
vehicle or drivetrain.
STEP 5:
Tighten all clamps and bolts starting from rear of the vehicle.
(DO NOT EXCEED 30FT-LB WHEN TIGHTENING CLAMP AND CHECK ALL CLAMPS AFTER 50
MILES. RETIGHTEN IF NECESSARY)
