BRExhaust 106-0745 Direct-Fit Exhaust
Product Information
The product is an exhaust system, designed to replace the OEM exhaust system in a vehicle. It is manufactured by BRExhaust and comes with the part number 106-0745. The exhaust system is compatible with various vehicle models.
Installation Instructions
- Carefully read all instructions before installation.
- Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removing the OEM exhaust system to prevent electrical accidents and reset the computer if applicable.
- Remove the existing exhaust system from the vehicle, only removing the parts that will be replaced.
- Clean the existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing.
- Attach the appropriate Inlet Pipe Assembly to the existing exhaust and isolator using OE clamps. Choose between the Inlet Pipe Assembly with a 2.5in. Inlet or the Inlet Pipe Assembly with a 2.75in. inlet based on your vehicle application.
- Attach the Muffler Assembly to the Inlet Pipe Assembly and existing isolators using the supplied clamp.
- Attach the Over Axle Pipe to the Muffler Assembly and existing isolator using the supplied clamp.
- Attach the Tail Pipe Assembly to the Over Axle Pipe and existing isolators using the supplied clamp.
- Ensure that the new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain.
- Tighten all clamps starting from the rear of the vehicle. Do not exceed 30ft-lb when tightening the clamp. Check all clamps after driving for 50 miles and retighten if necessary.
Warning: When working on, under, or around any vehicle, exercise caution. Allow the vehicle’s exhaust system to cool before removal to avoid severe burns from exhaust temperatures. If working without a lift, always consult the vehicle manual for correct lifting specifications. Wear safety glasses and ensure a safe work area. Failure to follow safety measures can result in serious injury or death.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
(Carefully read all instructions before installation) Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removal of the OEM exhaust system. This will prevent electrical accidents and will reset the computer if it applies to the vehicle. Remove existing exhaust system from the vehicle. Only remove parts that will be replaced. Clean existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing. -
STEP 2:
Attach appropriate [1] Inlet Pipe Assembly with 2.5in. Inlet or [2] Inlet Pipe Assembly with 2.75in. inlet for your vehicle application to existing exhaust and existing isolator with OE clamps. -
STEP 3:
Attach [4] Muffler Assembly to [1][2] Inlet Pipe Assembly and existing isolators with supplied [3] Clamp. -
STEP 4:
Attach [6] Over Axle Pipe to [4] Muffler Assembly and existing isolator with supplied [5] Clamp. -
STEP 5:
Attach [8] Tail Pipe Assembly to [6] Over Axle Pipe and existing isolators with supplied [7] Clamp. -
STEP 6:
Ensure new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain. -
STEP 7:
Tighten all clamps starting from rear of the vehicle. (DO NOT EXCEED 30FT-LB WHEN TIGHTENING CLAMP AND CHECK ALL CLAMPS AFTER 50 MILES. RETIGHTEN IF NECESSARY)
