Product Information

The product being referred to in these installation instructions is a vehicle exhaust system. The exhaust system is designed to replace the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) exhaust system in a vehicle. It includes various components listed in the bill of materials, such as flanges, isolators, nuts, and bolts.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Carefully read all instructions before starting the installation process.

2. Disconnect the vehicle’s battery to prevent electrical accidents and reset the computer if applicable.

3. Remove the existing exhaust system from the vehicle, only removing the parts that will be replaced.

4. Clean the existing flange using a wire brush to ensure proper sealing.

5. Attach item 3 to the existing exhaust using items 1 and 2.

6. Attach item 5 to the existing isolator and item 3 using item 4.

7. Attach item 7 to the existing isolators and item 5 using item
   6. (Note: nuts and bolts are not included).

8. Ensure that the new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain.

9. Tighten all clamps, starting from the rear of the vehicle. Do not exceed 30ft-lb when tightening clamps. Check all clamps after driving for 50 miles and retighten if necessary.

Warning: When working on, under, or around any vehicle, exercise caution. Allow the vehicle’s exhaust system to cool before removal to avoid burns from high exhaust temperatures. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

• (Carefully read all instructions before installation) Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removal of the OEM exhaust system. This will prevent electrical accidents and will reset the computer if it applies to the vehicle. Remove existing exhaust system from the vehicle. Only remove parts that will be replaced. Clean existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing.

STEP 2

• Attach item 3 to existing exhaust with items 1 and 2

STEP 3

• Attach item 5 to existing isolator and item 3 with item 4

STEP 4

• Attach item 7 to existing isolators and item 5 with item 6 (nuts and bolts not included)

STEP 5

• Ensure new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain.

STEP 6

• Tighten all clamps starting from rear of the vehicle. (DO NOT EXCEED 30FT-LB WHEN TIGHTENING CLAMP AND CHECK ALL CLAMPS AFTER 50 MILES. RETIGHTEN IF NECESSARY)
