Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Before starting the installation process, it is important to disconnect the vehicle’s battery to prevent electrical accidents and allow for the computer to reset if applicable. Remove the existing exhaust system from the vehicle, but only remove the parts that will be replaced. Use a wire brush to clean the existing flange for proper sealing.
- Step 2: Attach item 2 to the existing exhaust using item 1. Note that nuts and bolts are not included, so make sure to acquire them separately.
- Step 3: Attach item 3 to the existing isolators and item 2 using item 1. Again, ensure that you have the necessary nuts and bolts.
- Step 4: Attach item 4 to the existing isolators and item 2 using item 1. Remember to have the appropriate nuts and bolts for this step.
- Step 5: After completing the installation, check that the new exhaust is not touching any part of the vehicle’s underbody or drivetrain.
- Step 6: Start tightening all the clamps from the rear of the vehicle. It is important not to exceed 30 ft-lb of torque when tightening the clamps. After driving for 50 miles, recheck all the clamps and retighten if necessary.
WARNING: When working on or around the vehicle, exercise caution at all times. Allow the exhaust system to cool before removal to avoid burns from high temperatures. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
(Carefully read all instructions before installation) Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removal of the OEM exhaust system. This will prevent electrical accidents and will reset the computer if it applies to the vehicle. Remove existing exhaust system from the vehicle. Only remove parts that will be replaced. Clean existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing. -
STEP 2:
Attach item 2 to existing exhaust with item 1 (nuts and bolts not included) -
STEP 3:
Attach item 3 to existing isolators and item 2 with item 1 (nuts and bolts not included) -
STEP 4:
Attach item 4 to existing isolators and item 2 with item 1 (nuts and bolts not included) -
STEP 5:
Ensure new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain. -
STEP 6:
Tighten all clamps starting from rear of the vehicle. (DO NOT EXCEED 30FT-LB WHEN TIGHTENING CLAMP AND CHECK ALL CLAMPS AFTER 50 MILES. RETIGHTEN IF NECESSARY)
