Product Information

This product is a luminaire that offers optimal light output with low power consumption. It features a matt brass finish on the inside and a velvet black finish on the outside. The luminaire uses LED technology and has a silicone lens that diffuses light. It is equipped with a protective earth connection and operates on a LED power supply with a voltage range of 220-240V and frequency range of 50-60Hz DC 176-280V.

The product meets national safety regulations and should be installed and operated by a qualified electrician. The manufacturer does not accept liability for damage caused by improper use or installation. Any modifications made to the luminaire should bedone by a responsible person who will be considered the manufacturer.

The product has a lamp module with a connected wattage of 8.9W and a luminaire connected wattage of 10.6W. The module has a color temperature of 3000K and a color rendering index (CRI) greater than 90. It produces a module luminous flux of 1135lm and a luminaire luminous flux of 345lm, resulting in a luminaire luminous efficiency of 32.5lm/W.

The product is compatible with the DIALux lighting design program and luminaire data in EULUMDAT and IES formats can be found on the BEGA website.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Avoid touching the light output opening of the LED directly during installation or relamping.
2. Pull off the LED cover from the mounting plate.
3. Pass the power connecting cable through the cable entry in the mounting plate.
4. Fasten the mounting plate to the installation surface using the supplied fastening material or other suitable fastening material.
5. Make the earth conductor connection and the electrical connection to the terminals.
6. Clip the LED cover onto the mounting plate.
7. Pass the enclosed housing shield over the LED cover until it latches audibly in place.
8. Ensure the luminaire is cleaned using solvent-free cleansers to avoid damage.

Note: When replacing the LED module, refer to the designation noted on the module.

Installation

• Clip LED cover onto mounting plate.
• Pass the enclosed housing shield over the LED cover until the housing shield latches in place audibly.

Cleaning · Maintenance

Clean luminaire regularly with solvent-free cleansers from dirt.

Replacement of the LED module

• The designation of the LED module is noted on a label in the luminaire.
• The light colour and light output of BEGA replacement modules correspond to those of the modules originally fitted. The module can be replaced by qualified persons using standard tools.
• Disconnect the system.
• Pull housing shield off the mounting plate.
• Open the luminaire.
• Please follow the installation instructions for the LED module. Close the luminaire.
• Pass the housing shield over the LED cover until the housing shield latches in place audibly.
