POWER SOURCE

The unit has a built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery, charge it before first time use or when it is drained as follows

  1. Connect the small plug from the supplied USB Connection Cable to the DC 5V (Micro USB) Port on the unit.
  2. Connect the full size USB plug from the supplied USB Connection Cable to the USB Port on the Personal Computer or USB Charger (Computer and USB Charger not included).
  3. When charging, the Red LED Charging Indicator on the unit will illuminate. When charging is complete, it will turn off.
  4. When charging, you can also play and listen to music at the same time.

NOTES :

Your battery will last longer if you’re following these simple guidelines for caring and storing:

  1. Before first time use, recharge the unit approximately 5 hours until the unit is fully charged.
  2. Charge and store the unit within the temperature range of 5°C – 35°C (40°F – 95°F).
  3. Do not Overcharge (longer than 24 hours). Excessive charging or running the unit until battery fully drains will damage battery. Battery life will be extended if you keep the battery fully charged.
  4. Battery life naturally shortens slowly over time.
  5. The rechargeable battery incorporated in this product is not user replaceable.

OPERATION

General Operation:

  1. Recharge the built-in Li-ion battery as previously instructed.
  2. Switch the Power ON/OFF Button to ON position to power on the unit. The Blue Indicator and Speaker Decorative Lights will lluminate.
  3. Press the M/ Button repeatedly to switch to desired playback mode, sound a prompt with your selection (see list below):

Note: If the Micro SD (TF) Card and/or USB Device have NOT been inserted into the unit, the corresponding selection will not be available.

  1. During playback, press and release the4V-or >IV+buttons repeatedly to adjust volume level as desired.
  2. Press and hold the M/¥ (Mode/Decorative Light On-off) Button to turn off the Decorative LED Lights; press and hold again to turn it back.
  3. When finished listening, switch the Power ON/OFF Button to OFF position to shut off the unit.

BT Mode

BT (Bluetooth) pairing:

First time use or re-pairing the unit to a new BT Device, pairs as follows:

  1. Power on the unit and enter to BT mode as previously instructed. You will hear an audible prompt say”Bluetooth ready for connection” and the Blue Indicator on the front of unit will illuminate and blink.
  2. Power on the external BT Device and enter to BT search mode. Start pairing following the on screen instructions from the external BT Device. When paired. the unit will sound a prompt “Bluetooth connected” and the Blue Indicator will stop blinking.
  3. If pairing is complete you may now play music with your external BT Device.
  4. During playback:
  5. Press the   Button on the unit to pause, press again to resume normal playback.
  6. Press and hold the /V-or V+buttons to skip tracks.
  7. Press and release the /V-or V+ buttons repeatedly to adjust volume level as desired.
  8. When finished listening, switch the Power ON/OFF button to OFF position to shut off the unit.

Notes :
When the external BT Device searches for the unit, our model number “CMA3837” will appear on the display of external BT Device.
If while pairing you are asked for a code please try “0000” or “1234”.

Normal operation after pairing:

  1. Power on the external BT Device and enter to BT playback mode.
  2. Power on the unit and enter to BT mode as previously instructed. You will hear an audible prompt say “Bluetooth ready for connection” and the Blue Indicator on the front of unit will illuminate and blink.
  3. Wait a few seconds until the unit is automatically paired to the external BT Device. the unit will sound a prompt “Bluetooth connected” and the Blue Indicator will stop blinking.
  4. After pairing is complete you may now play music with your external BT Device.

EM Radio:

  1. Power on the unit and enter to radio mode as previously instructed, You will hear an audible prompt say “Radio” and the Blue Indicator on the front of unit will illuminate.
  2. In first time use (or relocated the unit to a new location), search and store the available FM stations by press the  Button. The unit will automatically to search and store all available FM radio stations then play the first stored FM station. Press and hold the /V-or
  3. V+buttons to select and plays the desired stored radio station
  4. During playback, Press and release the V-or V+ buttons repeatedly to adjust volume level as desired.
  5. When finished listening, switch the Power ON/OFF Button to OFF position to shut off the unit.

Antennas:

This unit has a built-in FM antenna, which provides adequate reception in most areas. If reception is weak reassemble the other direction / location to improve reception. and also can use the supplied USB Connection Cable as a External antenna to increase the radio effect.

USB

To play the music in USB Device

  1. In power off mode, connect the USB Device into the USB Port on the unit as illustrated below:
  2. Power on the unit and enter to USB mode as previously instructed:
  3. You will hear an audible prompt say “USB”. Music in the USB Device will be playback automatically.
  4. During playback:
  5. Press the Button on the unit to pause, press again to resume normal playback.
  6. Press and hold the /V- or +buttons to skip tracks.
  7. Press and release the /V-or V+ buttons repeatedly to adjust volume level as desired.
  8. When finished listening, switch the Power ON/OFF Button to OFF position to shut off the unit .

TF (Micro SD) Card:

To play the music in TF (Micro SD) Card:

  1. In power off mode, insert the TF (Micro SD) Card (not included) into the TF (Micro SD) Card Slot on the unit with contacts facing down as illustrated below:
  2. Power on the unit and enter to TF (Micro SD) Card mode as previously instructed:
  3. You will hear an audible prompt say “Memory Card”.
  4. Music in the card will be playback automatically.
  5. During playback:
  6. Press the Button on the unit to pause, press again to resume normal playback.
  7. Press and hold the /V-or V*buttons to skip tracks.
  8. Press and release the /V-or V+ buttons repeatedly to adjust volume level as desired.
  9. When finished listening, switch the Power ON/OFF Button to OFF position to shut off the unit.

AUX (Aux/Line in):

Listen from an external Audio Player such as MP3 Player, Discman…etc.

  1. In power off mode, connect one end of the supplied Audio Connection Cable to the AUX Out/Line Out/ Phone Jack on the external Audio Player.
  2. Connect the Micro USB Plug from the supplied Connection Cable to the 5V/AUX (In) Port on the top of unit as illustrated below:
  3. Power on the unit and enter to AUX (Aux/Line in) mode as previously instructed. You will hear an audible prompt say “Aux in”.
  4. Play the music on the connected Player as usual. (Make sure the volume level of the connected Audio Player is turned to high level.)
  5. During playback:
  6. Press the ll Button to mute the sound, press again to turn the sound back.
  7. Press and release the V-or + buttons repeatedly to adjust volume level as desired.
  8. When finished listening, switch the Power ON/OFF Button to OFF position to shut off the unit.

Notes:

  • Up to 16 GB TF (Micro SD) Card/USB Device supported.
  • When inserting the TF (Micro SD) Card/USB Device, make sure the direction you selected is correct. Never insert violently to avoid damaging the TF (Micro SD) Card/USB Device or the unit. If it doesn’t work, please check if the direction is correct.
  • Before replacing TF (Micro SD) Card/USB Device, make sure the unit has been powered off.
  • You also need to download the desired music in MP3 format into the TF (Micro SD) Card/USB Device before insert into the unit.

To sing with playing music:

To sing while music is playing:

  1. Power on the unit and plays music in any modes as instructed earlier.
  2. Connect the plug from the Microphone (not included) into the 3.5mm MIC (Microphone Input) Jack on the unit.
  3. Press and release the /V-or  /V+ buttons repeatedly to adjust volume level of microphone and music as desired.
    Note:
    If feedback noise (high audio frequency noise) is hearing from the speaker, Press and release the button to reduce the microphone sound level or moving the Microphone away from the speaker.

For consumers in Canada, please make sure that the cashier check or money order is redeemable through a U.S. bank. Ship your product freight pre-paid. Your unit will be repaired, replaced or if the unit can not be repaired or replaced, a refund will be forwarded to you within four weeks of receipt of your unit. Please ship your unit to:

This warranty is void if the product has been:

  1. Used in a commercial application or rental.
  2. Damaged through misuse, negligence, or abuse.
  3. Modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Craig service center.
  4. Damaged because it is improperly connected to any other equipment.

Note: This warranty does not cover:

  1. Ordinary adjustments as outlined in the Owner’s Manual which can be performed by the customer.
  2. Damage to equipment not properly connected to the product.
  3. Any cost incurred in shipping the product for repair.
  4. Damage to the product not used in the USA.

This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchase. Any implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, are limited in duration to the period of this expressed warranty and no warranty whether expressed or implied shall apply to the product thereafter.
