Before using the device

  • Make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
  • Have the Wi-Fi password for your network.
  • If your wireless router has MAC address filtering, please enter the router settings to disable MAC filtering.

App operation

Install the “BlitzWolf” App.

You can search for the “BlitzWolf” App on the App Store/Google Play, or scan the QR code below and install it. Open the App and click “Register”, or if you have an account, click “Login.”

BlitzWolf requires iOS 9.0 + or Android 4.4+

Connect your outlet to the App

Quick mode(recommend)

  1. Enter the BlitzWolf App, click “+” in the upper right comer, select “All devices”, and click on “Socke(Wi-Fi)t” to add the socket.
  2. Power on the socket. Press and hold the socket ON/OFF button for 5 seconds (the LED status indicator blinks fast).
  3. Tap “Confirm indicator rapidly blink”, choose the Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password, the App will detect the socket.
  4. Wait for the socket to configure successfully, then tap “Completed” to enter the device page.

AP mode

  1. Enter the BlitzWolf App, tap “AP mode” in the upper right corner of the “Add Device” page.
  2. Long press the ON/OFF button for about 10 seconds (the indicator light flashes slowly).
  3. Choose the Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Tap “Go to connect”, then connect your smartphone to the device’s Wi-Fi hotspot named “SmartLife-XXXX.”
  4. Go back to the “BlitzWolf” App and wait for the socket to configure successfully, then tap “Completed”.

Connect Amazon Alexa/Google Assistant

Refer to the configuration instructions for the Alexa control platform/Google Assistant control platform to link the smart socket.

Troubleshooting

The socket fails to connect to the Wi-Fi network:

Check the LED indicator status.

Make sure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password.

The socket is too far away from your Wi-Fi router, move it closer
