Product Charging

LED Battery Display
When using the adapter, solar panel, or cigarette lighter to charge the energy storage power source, the battery symbol on the LED screen is always on (the battery power is less than 10%, the red icon is displayed, and the battery power is greater than or equal to 10%, the blue icon is displayed). After fully charged, the LED display will display the power level, USB icon, 12V icon, temperature icon, and cigarette lighter icon.

Charging Via Solar Panels

Put the solar panel in a location where it can receive more sunlight. The input port of the product is connected to the output port of the solar panel. When the charging symbol on the LED display is always on, the product starts to charge.

Charging Via AC Adapter

When the product is fully charged, the charging icon will turn off and the battery will display 100%. After the product is fully charged, please unplug the AC charger in time.

Charging Via Car Cigarette Lighter Output

Plug the original car charger into the car’s cigarette lighter socket, suitable for various models (12V/24V). Then plug the DC5521 connector into the DC input port of the energy storage power supply. The original charger is equipped with a 10A protection tube to protect your car, when the charging icon lights up, it means the energy storage power supply is charging.

Tips:
In order to avoid the loss of the power of the car battery, it is best to charge the product through the car cigarette lighter when the car engine is started. Protection Mode (DC Input):

1. Charging over temperature protection: The battery cannot be charged when the temperature is lower than 0 degrees or higher than 50 degrees.
2. Charging overvoltage protection: If the battery voltage is higher than 14.6V, the battery cannot be charged.
3. Discharge undervoltage protection: the battery voltage is lower than 10V, the battery cannot be discharged.
4. Charging overcurrent protection: protection after charging current is greater than 5A.
5.  Charging low voltage protection: If the input voltage is too low (<10.8V), the product cannot be charged.

Quick Guide

Display.

• LED lighting indication: long on means the LED lighting is in constant on mode, flashing means the LED lighting is in SOS mode (click to turn on the long-light, then click to increase the brightness, then click to turn on the SOS mode, and finally click to turn off).

• Charging indication: When using the adapter, solar charging board, or cigarette lighter to charge the machine, this sign is always on.

• SOC: Indicates the percentage of remaining battery capacity.

• Temperature warning: When charging, if the temperature is between 0°C and 50°C, this sign will light up in blue. When it is lower than 0°C or higher than 50°C, the
  This sign lights up red and turns off charging; when the temperature returns to above 0°C or below 45°C, charging resumes and the light turns blue. During discharge, when the temperature is lower than -20°C or 65°C, the red light of this symbol is always on, and all outputs are turned off. When the temperature returns to above -20°C or below 65°C, the output will resume.

• Short circuit warning: When the BMS has a short circuit, a short circuit warning will be given.

• AC output indication: When this sign is always on, it means that the AC socket has output, otherwise, the AC socket has no output. If the indicator flashes (1 time/second), it means AC entry protection (including: over-current protection, over-temperature protection, input under-voltage protection 10V, input overvoltage protection 15V, short circuit protection). Recovery conditions: over-current protection, short-circuit protection, normal output will resume after about 1 minute after restarting the AC switch. over temperature, over pressure after under-voltage protection, it will automatically recover after reaching the recovery condition, and there is no need to restart the AC output button.

• DC output indication: When the DC part turns on the output, USB and 12V light up at the same time.

• Cigarette lighter output indication: always on when the DC switch is turned on.

Power Button
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on.

AC ON/OFF Button
Put the AC key in the ON position, the AC function is activated, and the screen lights up the battery level indicator, the temperature indicator and the AC logo. Put the AC switch in the OFF position to turn off the AC function.

Note: When the external equipment is short-circuited, the machine will turn off the 12VDC output, and the short-circuit warning protection icon on the display will light up.

AC output function

Press the power button to turn on AC mode. Plug the power cord of the AC device into the AC outlet of the power station. Make sure the power of the connected AC equipment is less than 300W. This product has the functions of under-voltage protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection using double isolation circuits, which are safe, reliable and efficient. When low voltage, overload, overheating or short circuit occurs, the power station will turn off the AC output, the AC icon on the screen will flash, and then the power station will automatically shut down for safety.
