MOUNTING/ASSEMBLY

Firmly tighten all component parts and pre-assembled parts!
Step 1:
Put together the frame tubes #1 and #2 and tighten the screws M6*12 (#22).

Step 2:
Now put together all frame tubes with marking no. 2 and tighten the screws M6*12 (#22). (see Figures 2 and 3)

|
---|---

Step 3:
Now put together all frame tubes with the frame tube connection with marking no. 3 and tighten the screws M6*12 (#22) here as well. (see Figures 4 and 5)

|
---|---

Step 4:
Cut off the plastic ties and place the standpipe on the screw head (see Figure 6).
Step 5:
As described in step 4, plug all the standpipes together so that the result looks as shown in Figure 7.

Step 6:
Turn the jumping blanket upside down. Now make sure that the side of the jumping blanket, which has a hole, is parallel to the frame tube connection. (See Figure 8)
Step 7:
Hook the rubber band over the tube and on to the bottom of the bracket. With the help of the clamping tool, pull this around the pipe to the other end and hook it onto the bracket from below. (See Figure 8)

Step 8:
Put together all the rubber bands as described in step 7. Start at the corners and proceed like the order shown in Figure 9.

Step 9:
Put together the remaining rubber bands with the tensioning tool so that the result looks like in Figure 10.

Step 10:
First connect the handle (#11) to the middle support rod tube (#10) and fasten it with M8*12 (#23) and flat seal (#24). Use the Allen key provided for this purpose. Then put together the adjustable support rod tube (#9) with the middle support rod tube (#10) with two quick release tools (#32). Now put together the support rod pedestal (#7) with the connection element of the frame tube (#1). Put together the support rod tubes (#11, #10, #9) already assembled with the connection element on the trampoline. Finally, fasten it from the front with the locking knob (#17) and from the side with the rotary knob (#18).

Step 11:
You can individually adjust the support rod according to your height.
Step 12:
Attach the console base (#20) to the frame tube (#1). Then use the connection spring (#21) to connect the small hole in the jumping blanket to the console. Connect the cable to the console and place the console (#19) in the fixed console base (#20). So that the console records the jumps correctly, make sure that the bracket is attached at a roughly 20-degree angle to the mounting tube (Figure 14). Manually change the spring length and the angle of the console and test whether the jumps are accurately recorded by the console. If so, fasten it with the self-tapping screw ST3*25 (#31).

Step 13:
Now fasten the drink holder (#26) with the corresponding tapping screws ST4*15 (#25)

Step 14:
Attach the mobile phone holder (#27) to the handle (#11).
Step 15:
Place the jumping blanket cover (#15) on the jumping blanket (#14) and attach the Velcro fasteners. Make sure the Velcro straps are covered. Attach the cover to the pedestal using the black bands. Do not overtighten, so it won’t get deformed.

The trampoline is now ready for use.

Training zone Exercise
After warming up, increase the intensity to your desired exercise programme. Be sure to maintain your Intensity for maximum performance. Breathe regularly and deeply as you exercise -never hold your breath.

Land in a slight knee flexion. Stabilise leg axis correctly (keep foot, knee and hips in line, avoid knock knees) for 1 to 3 minutes. Then switch back to a running movement (exercise 1).

EXERCISE 3: SHIFTING THE WEIGHT ON ONE LEG, MOVE THE UNLOADED LEG SIDEWAYS TO THE EDGE OF THE TRAMPOLINE.

DISPOSAL

Dear customers,
As an end user, you are legally obliged to collect waste electrical and electronic equipment and batteries as well as accumulators separately from municipal waste. We want to make this as easy as possible for you. Please note the information on this page and on the back.
Notes on EU directive 2012/19/EU (in Germany implemented in ElektroG (Law about electric and electronic devices); elsewhere implementation may differ)
We advise owners of electric and electronic equipment that waste electrical and electronic equipment must be collected separately from municipal waste in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. The symbol of a crossed-out garbage can, which is shown on waste electrical and electronic equipment, also indicates the obligation to collect this waste separately.
B. Notes on disposal and symbols for an electrical appliance based on EU Directive 2006/66/EU (in Germany in accordance with the Battery Act (BattG); elsewhere, implementation may differ)
Old batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of with household waste. As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. The symbol with the crossed-out garbage can means that you are not allowed to dispose of old batteries in the household waste. Use the official collection points for this, such as the collection points of public waste disposal carriers. You can also return used batteries to retail outlets, provided they sell batteries. If the symbol Cd, Hg, or Pb is displayed under the  symbol of the crossed-out garbage can, this is an indication that the battery contains either cadmium, mercury or lead. These are toxic heavy metals that not only pose significant risks to the environment but also to human health.
Recycling loop
