ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
-
Place the WBXs250/320 in a completely free space and make sure that there are no sharp and hot objects on the ground when rolling out
-
Check whether the valve is closed. For this, the PIN must be in the upper position at the height of the black ring. If this is not the case, turn the PIN 90 degrees counterclockwise.
-
Check if the valve is free from contamination.
-
Connect the hose of the supplied pump with sealing ring to the valve and snap it into place by turning the pump neck clockwise.
-
Pump up your WBXs250/320/368 with the supplied hand pump (it is best to fix the pump with both feet). Optionally, a suitable electric pump can be used.
WARNING: Do not use a compressor! By using a compressor, the SUP board canbe damaged, all warranty claims expire when using a compressor. Never exceed the maximum pressure of 18 psi. -
Recommended Pressure: 10 – 18 psi
-
Close the valve cover. Slide the fin into the mounting rail and secure it with the safety clip.
CARRYING/TRANSPORTING:
- The carrying handles make the WBXs250/320/368 easy to carry, even when inflated: the easiest way to carry the WBXs250/320/368 is under the arm or in pairs at the front and back handles.
- Always hold the fins in the direction of the body and, especially in the wind, be careful not to injure anyone with the board.
ActionCam Mount
- Attach the mounting clip to the bracket on the WBXs250/320/368.
- Slide the clip into the holder until it snaps into place
- Make sure the connector is snug against the clip and the ActionCam is tight.
IMPORTANT: Thoroughly check all used hardware for optimal condition prior to each use to avoid damage or loss. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage or loss
On the water:
-
The standard upright position is with the feet in the direction of motion underneath the carrying handle.
-
Always hold the paddle firmly.
-
Balance is akin to riding a bike: the greater the speed, the more stable the board will be.
-
The flexible fin is capable of sustaining ground contact. Nevertheless, damage may occur at higher speeds or in contact with a sharp ground.
Disassembly:
-
Disassemble the fin.
-
Clean and inspect your WBXs250/320/368 as well as the accessories (including paddle) after each use. Rinse everything to make sure any kind of residue or salt residue (when used in salt water) is removed. Use mild soapsuds or fresh water
IMPORTANT: Do not use detergents or silicone-based cleaners! -
Make sure the valve and the valve environment are free from water and dirt before removing the safety cap.
-
Open the valve cover and turn the PIN 90 degrees clockwise so that it is in the lowered position and the air can escape.
-
Insert your WBXs250/320/368 board from the opposite side of the valve with the inside deck and the fins on the outside.
-
Fix the WBXs250/320/368 with the included strap before packing. So it can be conveniently stowed in the included bag and unpacked later.

PROBLEMS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM | CAUSE | SOLUTION |
---|---|---|
WBXs250/320/368 loosing air | Temperature increase or decrease | Pressure |
adjustment
| Valve cover was incorrectly turned on| Correct the valve cover
| Loose valve| Tighten the valve
| Hole| Repair
Repairs
The scope of delivery includes a repair kit / PVC patch for repairing small
holes. Most leaks can be fixed in a few minutes.
Air loss:
If your board seems a bit soft, there is not necessarily a leak. The ambient
temperature influences the internal pressure of the chamber: A deviation of 1
° C results in a pressure deviation in the chamber of +/- 4 mbar (.06 psi). If
the board was inflated late in the evening, it could cause the air to cool
overnight.
The cooler air leads to less pressure, so it can be less inflated the next
morning. If there is no temperature deviation, you must first find out where
the air escapes.
Please note the following procedure:
- Check whether there is sand or dirt in the valve.
- Make sure the valve seal is properly positioned.
- Rinse the SUP board surface and also the valve surround with soapy water.
- When bubbles form, there is a leak and needs to be repaired.
Small repairs : First let the air out. Thoroughly clean the board (vinyl cleaner can be used for this purpose) and dry the area to be repaired. For a smaller hole, apply a small drop of glue (not included). Let the glue dry for 12 hours. (For minor repairs, use a soft plastic adhesive that is waterproof and heat resistant).
Please note: For the repairs, the air must be drained and the board must lie flat.
- Thoroughly clean the area surrounding the leak. Remove any dirt.
- 2Cut a piece from the original patch. The piece should be large enough sothat the damaged area is overlapped by about 1.5 cm. Use a ballpoint pen to set the size of the patch. Round off the corners.
- Apply a thin layer of adhesive (not included) to the bottom of the patch and to the area to be repaired. Allow the glue to dry for 2 – 4 minutes until it appears milky.
- Place the patch on the damaged area and press firmly. Please do not use the board for the next 24 hours to allow the adhesive to take maximum effect.
DISPOSAL
Dear customer,
As an end user, you are legally obliged to collect waste electrical and
electronic equipment and batteries as well as accumulators separately from
municipal waste. We want to make this as easy as possible for you. Please note
the information on this page and on the back.
Notes on EU directive 2012/19/EU (in Germany implemented in ElektroG (Law
about electric and electronic devices); elsewhere implementation may differ)
We advise owners of electric and electronic equipment that waste electrical
and electronic equipment must be collected separately from municipal waste in
accordance with the applicable legal regulations. The symbol of a crossed-out
garbage can, which is shown on waste electrical and electronic equipment, also
indicates the obligation to collect this waste separately.
B. Notes on disposal and symbols for an electrical appliance based on EU
Directive 2006/66/EU (in Germany in accordance with the Battery Act (BattG);
elsewhere, implementation may differ)
**** Old batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of with household
waste. As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. The
symbol with the crossed-out garbage can means that you are not allowed to
dispose of old batteries in the household waste.
Use the official collection points for this, such as the collection points of
public waste disposal carriers. You can also return used batteries to retail
outlets, provided they sell batteries. If the symbol Cd, Hg, or Pb is
displayed under the symbol of the crossed-out garbage can, this is an
indication that the battery contains either cadmium, mercury or lead. These
are toxic heavy metals that not only pose significant risks to the environment
but also to human health.
Recycling loop
Packaging material can be conveyed back to the raw material cycle. Dispose of
packaging material in accordance with legal provisions. Information can be
retrieved from the return or collections systems of your community.
