IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Before you start training, please make sure that you have read the whole user manual, especially the safety notes, maintenance information and cleaning information. Make sure that everyone who is using the device has read this information.
Please make sure that you strictly follow the safety information and maitenance information. This de-vice can be only used for its particular application. An inappropriate usage may cause risks of possible accidents, damages to health or damages to the training device. There is no liability of the distributor for inappropriate usage.

Training area
  1. Select an installation place that gives you optimal free space on all sides of the training device and maximum safety features. The security area to the training device should be at least 100 cm to all sides.
  2. The maximum user weight capacity is 150kg.
  3. Take care of a good ventilation and optimal oxygenation during exercise. Avoid drafts here.
  4. The training device is not suitable for outdoor use, so the storage and training with your device is only allowed within temperate, dry and clean rooms.
  5. The temperature range for operation and storage should be between a minimum of 10 ° and 30 ° Celsius.
  6. The operation and storage of your training device in wet areas, such as Swimming pools, saunas, etc. is forbidden.
  7. Make sure that your training device is always on a secured and clean surface during operation and at rest. Irregularities on the sruface must be removed or compensated.
  8. To protect delicate floors such as wood, lamina, tiles, etc., and to prevent damage, such as scratches, it is recommended to put a Sportstech floor protection mat under the unit. Make sure that the mat is secured against a possible slippage.
  9. Do not place the training device on light or white carpets or carpets at all, as the colour can rub of the feet.
  10. Make sure that your exercise equipment, do not come in contact with hot objects and keep an adequate safety distance to all heat source, such as heating, stoves, fireplaces, etc.

Personal safety notes for the training

  1. You should perform a health check with your doctor before beginning your workout.
  2. In case of a physical discomfort and breathing problems stop the exercise immediately.
  3. Start your workouts always with a low load and increase this gently in the course of training. Reduce the load to the end of your workout again.
  4. Make sure that you wear appropriate sportswear and shoes during exercise. Note that loose clothing can get caught during training or in moving parts and can cause serious accidents.
  5. Your training device can only be used by one person at a time.
  6. Check before every workout, if your machine is in perfect condition. Do not use your training instrument if it has errors or defects.
  7. Repair work by customer can be done only after consultation and approval by our service de-partment. Use only original spare parts.
  8. Your training equipment should be cleaned after each use. Remove all impurities that were cau-sed by body perspiration or other liquids.
  9. Make sure that liquids (drinks, perspiration, etc.) do not getz in any case inside the housing parts or the cockpit, as this can lead to corrosion and damage to the mechanical and electronic components.
  10. The heart rate function is not suitable for use by children.
  11. During training, third parties – in particular, children and animals – have to keep a safe distance.
  12. Check before every workout whether items are under your exercise equipment and remove them in each case. Never train with your exercise equipment, when objects are among them. Always make sure that your exercise equipment will not be misused by children as a toy or clim-bing equipment.
  13. Make sure that you and third parts never bring body parts in the near of movable mechanisms.
  • The construction of this training device is based on the latest technical and safety status.
  • This exercise equipment should be used by adults! Extreme, incorrect and / or non-scheduled exercise may da-mage your health! This training device is suitable for non-therapeutic use.

WARM-UP EXERCISE

Before each workout, you should stretch your muscles for at least 5-10 minutes to warm them up sufficiently. Repeat the following stretching exercises five times. Stretching before training helps improve flexibility and reduces the risk of injury.

  1. HEAD ROLLS
    Rotate your head to the right for one count, feeling the stretch up the left side of your neck, then rotate your head back for one count, stretching your chin to the ceiling and letting your mouth open. Rotate your head to the left for one count, then drop your head to your chest for one count.
    SHOULDER LIFTS
    Lift your right shoulder toward your ear for one count. Then lift your left shoulder up for one count as you lower your right shoulder.

  2. SIDE STRETCHES
    Open your arms to the side and lift them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as far toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Repeat this action with your left arm.

  3. QUADRICEPS STRETCH
    With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot.

  4. INNER THIGH STRETCH
    Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close to your groin as possible. Gently push your knees toward the floor. Hold for 15 counts.

  5. TOE TOUCHES
    Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts.

  6. HAMSTRING STRETCHES
    Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15 counts. Relax and then repeat with left leg.

  7. CALF / ACHILLES STRETCH
    Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right and your arms forward. Keep your right leg straight and the left foot on the floor; then bend the left leg and lean forward by moving your hips toward the wall. Hold, then repeat on the other side for 15 counts.

DESCRIPTION

This product is used Motorized series system.

  1. PRE-SETUSER / SEX /AGE / HEIGHT / WEIGHT
    User inputting his/her real user data (sex / age/ height / weight) into computer to stove it to be used in calculated reference.

  2. SELECT MANUAL / PROGRAMS / WATT CONSTANT / PER-SONAL / H.R.C
    User can choose different control mode to start his work out. See below is main description of each control mode.

  3. EXECUTE MANUAL / PROGRAMS / WATT CONSTANT /PERSONAL / H.R.C
    Execute selected control mode.

  4. PRE-SET TIME / DISTANCE / CALORIES / WATTS / HEART RATE
    Setting and inputting user wanted function value of above, the function value of dis-play will count down to zero; or user can not inputting these, just forget setting value, computer will know your workout is from 0 to end value.

  5. ROTATE UP / DOWN & PRESS START / PAUSE
    Rotate UP+ / DOWN- key to increase / decrease function value. After setting each function value to press “ENTER” to confirm your setting START / PAUSE- Finish previous setting step to press START to start operating; user can press “PAUSE” if he/her want to pause workout a while.

  6. TEST RECOVERY
    Press RECOVERY , the computer will calculate your recovery value on display regar-ding with your user data and actual workout function value.

  7. BLUETOOTH
    During initialization ,User can use Bluetooth app to connect the console, which can control and data transmission wireless (For Android 4.3 or above only)

  8. USB CHARGE
    Charge Voltage 5.0 DC, 500 MA,shortcut and overload protection.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
  • MANUAL
    Set the resistance level using the dot matrix display then (if required) set exercise parameters TIME/DISTANCE / CALORIES / PULSE then press START / STOP to START manual program.

  • PROGRAM
    12 automatic adjusting programs with control exercise (P1~P12), Resistance level can be adjusted during PROGRAM DIAGRAM is flashing.

  • WATTS CONSTANT
    User can default WATTS value at his/her desire 10-350 watts between 10~350 watts by using the UP/ DOWN knob. To fix WATTS constant value and then press START/STOP key. Use WATTS control mode to train yourself in different WATTS’s constant.

  • PERSONAL
    Create your own Program profile through U1~U4 by setting the resistance level for each individual segment. Then the Program will be automatically saved for future use. U0 ENTER can be set the same as U1~U4 but this Program cannot be saved.

H.R.C HEART RATE CONTROL – Select your own target Heart Rate of choose one of the preset programs 55%, 75% or 90%. Please enter your age into the User Data to ensure that your target heart rate is set correctly. The PULSE display will flash when you have reached your target heart rate according to the Program you have chosen.

  1. 55% – DIET PROGRAM

  4. TARGET – USER SET TARGET HEART RATE

RECOVERY When you have finished your workout, press RECOVERY. For RECOVERY to function correctly, it needs your Heart Rate input. TIME will count down from 1 minute and then your fitness level from F1 to F6 will be displayed.

  • During RECOVERY, no other displays will operate.
    • F 1 ~ F6 = RECOVERY HEART
  • RATE LEVEL
    • Get the result from F1 – F6.
  • SCORE CONDITION HEART RATE (from test HR minus end HR)
    • F1 Excellent Above 50
  • F2 Good 40 ~ 49
    • F3 Average 30 ~ 39
  • F4 Fair 20 ~ 29
    • F5 Poor 10 ~ 19
  • F6 Very Poor Under 10

OPERATION

  1. After power-on U1 by default but you can select any User ENTER by turning the UP/DOWN key the press the ENTER key for confirmation. Input user data, sex, age, height, weight on top –right window. Then press ENTER key for confirmation.
  2. Function Control display will flash indicating you can select the Programs P1-P12 by turning UP/DOWN key and the press ENTER key for confirmation. Any of the default values can be changed by pushing the ENTER key until the desired program profile is flashing. Press the ENTER key again for confirmation.
  3. When the Program and other protocols are entered press START/STOP key and begin your workout.

KEY FUNCTIONS

    Reset all displays to default values.

  4. START/STOP KEY
    Start / stop a program

    Fitness test by measuring your recovery rate.

    Mode select and confirmation

CARE, CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

  • Cleaning
    Clean your exercise equipment after each training session. Do this with a wet cloth and soap. Do not use solvents. Regular cleaning makes a significant contribution to the preservation and longevity of your exer-cise machine. Damage caused by perspiration or other liquids, are not covered at any time by the warranty. Also pay attention during training that no liquid can enter into the training device or computer.

  • Maintenance
    Since only sealed bearings were used in your exercise equipment, a lubrication of the bearings is not required.

  • Verification of the fixing material
    Check at least 1x a month the tightness of bolts and nuts. Screw up this, if necessary, again.

  • Verification of components
    Check before each training the safe seat of saddle, seat post, handlebars and pedals.

CAUTION: NEVER TRAIN WHEN ONE OR MORE OF THE-SE COMPONENTS ARE LOOSELY.
