Workout instructions

Push-ps
With both hands, grip the lower grab bars of the PT300, get on tiptoe with both feet and form a straight line with your body. Lower the body down and hold the body tension throughout the exercise. The elbows are pointing outwards. Breathe in this movement. Then push up again while breathing out. The up and down movement hould each take about one second. -
Sit ups
Lie down on the floor in front of the PT300 and clamp both feet behind the foot holders, so both legs are slightly bent. Keep your arms loosely folded in front of your chest. First move the chest towards the knee, then the belly towards the thigh, until the upper body is perpendicular to the ground. Breathe out during this movement. Then slowly lower the upper body back to the starting position. During this, breathe in. -
Knee lifting
Stand with your back to the backrest of the PT300 and place the forearms on the arm pads. Grip the front grab bars with both hands. Watch the body tension during the entire exercise. With a slow and controlled movement, pull both knees to the chest as far up as possible. In this, avoid taking any swing. Hold the tension in the upper position for a moment, and in a slow and controlled manner return to the starting position. Breathe in during the upward motion and breathe out during the downward motion. -
Dips
With both hands, grip the front grab bars and leave the elbows slightly bent. To train the chest muscles, tilt the upper body forward as far as possible and bend your legs backwards. To exercise the triceps, keep the upper body upright and the legs stretched downwards. Lower your body by bending the arms in a slow and controlled movement until the upper arm and forearm form an angle of 90°. Please breathe in during the downward movement. When exhaling, push back upwards into the initial position without fully extending the arms. -
Pull-ups
With both hands, grip the upper grab bars. Make sure the arms are not fully straightened. The legs are either straight or angled. Pull upwards in a controlled manner until you reach the height level of the handlebar with the tip of your chin. Breathe out slowly. Then lower your body down again while breathing in. Make sure to not take any swing with your legs.
