Xblitz GO 2 Professional Video Recorder
Dear Customers,
Thank you for purchasing Xblitz GO2. The device you received
is a dashboard camera that is used to record your vehicle’s route and any tra
c incidents. This video recorder has the option to connect to a GPS module and
record not only videos, but also information such as its geographic position
and speed at which the vehicle is moving. Made out of the highest quality
components and materials.
Please read the user’s manual before using the product.
BEFORE USE
-
It is recommended to use branded Micro SD cards (16GB to 256 GB) of speed class 10. A list of recommended cards can be found on page www.xblitz.pl
in the GO2 tab. -
Before inserting the card into the recorder, it should be formatted to the FAT32 file system on your computer, then in the recorder.
-
Install the memory card when the device is turned o , otherwise the card and the device can be damaged. The same applies to removing the card.
-
Fully charged battery allows you to record without a power supply for
up to 5 minutes. The battery in the device is mainly used to maintain DVR settings. -
When the memory card is full, the oldest unprotected recordings will be overwritten.
-
It Is recommended to use the device features according to their intended purpose, i.e. not using MOTION DETECTION while driving, as it can cause the device to turn on and o automatically, e.g. when stationary at an intersection.
-
It Is recommended to set the G-SENSOR sensitivity to a minimum to avoid protecting unnecessary materials and thus losing space on the memory card. You must format the card in the FAT32 file system – first on a computer, and then in the recorder.
-
Sound: The device has a capacitive microphone that records all ambient noise. Sounds may overlap causing distortion.

Loop recording
The camera divides the recordings into files of selected length You can select the length of files. When the memory card fills up, the oldest recording will

Resolution
The camera can record in several resolutions. The higher the resolution, the better the quality of the recordings, but also the bigger the file size. It is recommended to use the highest resolution. -
G-Sensor
Gravity sensor. When the sensor is switched on, the recording is protected from being overwritten. It is recommended to set the lowest available value, as a higher camera can capture shocks caused by uneven roads, which may cause the memory card to fill up. -
Parking mode
When it is on, the camera left in the connected to a power supply (or without power but with a charged battery) will sense any vibrations (for example, caused by a parking crash), turn on and start recording (recordings are automatically protected being overwritten). This mode only works when the camera
is switched off. -
Optional GPS module
You can attach a GPS module to the GPS port of the Xblitz GO2 camera. With it, the camera will record not only the video, but also the speed with which the vehicle moves and its location on the map. The GPS module must be purchased separately – it is not part of the Xblitz GO2 camera kit.
To connect the DVR to the GPS module, put the plug of the GPS module cable into the GPS port on the camera. Receiving the GPS signal may take up to several minutes. Reception of the satellite signal depends on the vehicle’s location and environmental factors, which may cause delays in signal reception and its sporadic loss. To view the route taken and the parameters saved by the GPS module, download a program from: www.xblitz.pl in the GO2 tab. -
