Note:

1. Please dry the sweat of the headset before putting it back into the headset.
2. Please be careful to align the speaker part of the headset to the inside of your ear.

Earbuds Charging

To Charge Earbuds
Insert the Earbuds into the charging case properly, they will power off and get charged.

Charging Case Charging

• (There is a Type-C charging cable in the small black paper box inside the packing box.)
• Please use the provided Type-C cable with a 5V/1A adapter (not included) to charge the charging case.

Tips:

• If the earbuds are not able to be charged or turned on, that may be because there is an oxidized layer or something else on the charging connector or charging pin.
• You can solve this problem by deaning the magnet connector on the earbuds and the charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes.

Power On/Off

Automatically Power On/Off

• Take the earbuds out from the charging case, and they will power on automatically and enter pairing mode.
• Put the earbuds back into the charging case, they will disconnect power automatically.

Manually Power On/Off

• If the earbud is out of the charging case and powered off, then press hold it for 5s, and it will power on.
• Disconnect the Bluetooth with your device, press hold either earbud for 5s, both earbuds will power off at the same time.

1. Clip it on your ear and adjust it to the most comfortable angle.

Bluetooth Connection

Before first use (or not in use for a long time), please charge both earbuds and charging case fully.

First Time Pairing
Step 1 Take twin earbuds out of the charging case, they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.

• At this time, the led indicator of the master earbud will flash the blue-red light alternately, and the vice earbud LED indicator will flash a Blue light quickly.
• Step 2-Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and connect “YYK-Q92”.
• Once connected, the LED light of both earbuds goes off.

Note:
If the earbuds are not connected to your device for over 5 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.

Factory Restore Setting

When should I reset?

• When only one side plays music.
• When you can’t find “YYK-Q92” on the device.
• When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection-related issues.

How to reset?

• Delete the “YYK-Q92” record from the Bluetooth menu on your device and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
• Make sure the charging case has power or is being plugged into a power supply.
• Insert both earbuds into the charging case to get charged.
• Press and hold both earbuds for 8 seconds at the same time to clean the pairing record with the last device.
  • (*During this period, both earbud’s LED will flash a blue light once, then turn to a Red light to get charged again.)
• Now turn on the Bluetooth setting on your device, search and connect the earbuds, they will work properly.

Note:
If it still doesn’t work, please repeat the steps to try again.

Battery Indicator

Safety Instruction

1. Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at times for your safety.
2. Do not use it while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
3. Do not use earphones in thunderstorm weather, the earphones may not work properly in the condition, and increase the risk of being hit by lightning.
4. Earphones may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphones.
5. If the earphone comes in contact with liquids, quickly wipe them away.
6. If submersed in water, do not turn the earphones on until completely dried. (Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
7. Keep the earphones and packaging out of reach of children.
8. Please use the original charging cable provided by the earphone manufacturer for charging and choose the right adapter.

FAQs

• Q: Why these earbuds can not pair with my mobile phones?
  A:

  • Please make sure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.
  • Please make sure the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on.
  • If the above 2 points have no problem, please put the earbuds into the case again and close the case, hold on for imin, then open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.

• Q: Why does the music cut in or cut out?
  A: First, please do not let the distance between these earbuds and your phone be more than 33 feet (without obstacle). If the distance is less than 33 feet, Please note 2 tips below:

1. Please make sure there is no obstacle between the earbuds and your device.
2. Please make sure there is no Microwave oven/Wifi transmitter around you, which is more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in a signal interruption.

• Q: Why can the earbuds not be charged and disconnected from my phone even earbuds are put into the case and I have dosed the case?
  A: Please make sure the charging case is not in low battery, if the charging case is in low battery, earbuds can not be charged and not disconnected even though they are in the case. So, please use the type-c cable to charge the case fully.

• Q: How to contact our customer service?
