3M 7502 Half Face Respirator Instruction Manual

Important

Before use, the wearer must read and understand these User Instructions.

Use Instructions

1. Instructions and restrictions shall be followed during use. Improper use may affect the efficacy of res praetor sand may result in sickness or death.
2. Training on proper use of the respirator should be conducted/received before use.
3. Leave contaminated area immediately if you smell or taste contaminants or it dizziness, suffocated, or other distress occurs.
4. Store respirator away from contaminated areas when not in use.

Use Limitations

1. This respirator does not supply oxygen. Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5%oxygen.
2. If the type or concentration of pollutants is unknown, or the type or concentration of pollutants exceed step protection object or concentration range of this respirator, this respirator is not allowed to be used.
3. Do not alter, abuse or misuse this respirator.

Assembly Instructions

1. Put the filter cotton in the cover base
2. Let them combine together and closeness
3. Aim the two points on a horizontal line and buckle up
4. Clockwise rotation easily
   

Tightness Test

1. Put the headband rack on the back of the head, pull back the buckle of the elastic band, and make there aspirator buckle the mouth, nose and chin.
2.  Pull the lower elastic band to the back of the neck, tighten the fasteners and adjust the length of the elastic band to make the face comfortable.
3. Breathe vigorously, check the leakage between the respirator and the face, and adjust to the ideal state.
4. If the sealing state is not ideal, do not enter the contaminated area, and re-adjust or replace the respirator.

Cleaning

1. Remove cartridges and/or fillers.
2. Clean respirator body (excluding filters and cartridges). By immersing in warm cleaning solution, watertemperature not to exceed 120’F. and scrub with soft brush until clean.
3. Rinse in fresh.warm water and air dry in non-contaminated atmosphere.
4. The cleaned respirator should be stored away from contaminated areas when not in use.

Attention

1. The cartridge or filter should be changed regularly according to the operating environment.
2. The respirator should be cleaned and maintained regularly.
3. Check before using each time to ensure its function is intact. If it is damaged, it shouldbediscardedimmediately.
4. The respirator should be kept in a ventilated and cool place to avoid the environment of hightemperature,sunlight, high humidity and ultra-low temperature
5. The filter shall be kept in a sealed package, and the validity period of the filter in an unopenedstateis5years.

Warm Tips

1. The respirator itself has no smell. Some customers may be more sensitive to smell. Youcancleantherespirator (excluding filters and cartridges) to eliminate odors or place it in a ventilated place toreleasethepeculiar smell.
