Folding transportation cart
For heavy loads and uneven surfaces
Assembly and operation instructions
- Check the contents of the package (Figure 1)
- Place the cart upside down on a soft surface.
- Mount the castors(A) using four screws per castor (C) under the front edge of the cart (Fgure 2).
- Mount the brake castors under the rear edge below the handle (F) (Figure 2).
- Fix the belt eyes (D) with one screw each (E) to the underside of the cart (Figure 2).
- Turn the cart over and stand it on its castors.
- Press the securing bar (G) down with your foot and fold the handle (F) up until it clicks audibly into place (Figure 3). To fold the handle down again, press the securing bar again.
- Mount the pocket for small parts (H) to the handle (F) using the enclosed screws ().
- To open the small tem carry bag (H) use the press stud (J).
- The ball bearings of pulleys must always be lightly greased (Figure 4). Maximum tyre pressure 2,1 bar/30 PSI.
Safety notes
- Do not overload the cart. Observe the loading weight detailed on the type plate.
- Stack the load as flat as possible.
- Only move the cart when the handle is secured.
- Always activate both brake castors when parking the cart.
- Avoid taking curves quickly.
- Secure the load with suitable straps.
- Do not transport people.
- Keep away from children. Store out of the reach of children.
