INITIAL INSTALLATION
- Initial Installation
- The first time you switch the TV on, the initial step screen appears which guides you through the initial process. Please according to the Text Tips finish the initial installation.
- Pairing Bluetooth Remote
- Press “BACK” and Home simultaneously on the remote control to enter the Bluetooth pairing mode. The indicator light on the remote control will flash when starting the pairing mode.
- Select the “Skip” icon to skip the pairing mode.
- Language select
- Use buttons to select system languages, then press 【 O K 】 to confirm.
- TV Set-up select
- Use the buttons to select your TV setup, then press【 O K 】 to confirm.
- Set up Google TV TM
- Use your Android™ Smart phone to download and open the Google Home App on your phone.
- Use the Google Home to scan the QR code on the TV device.
- Follow the instructions in the Google Home App.
- Note: Press “BACK” to cancel
- If you just want to use your TV normally, please select “Set up basic TV”

- Press the button to select “Settings” which is in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Press the button to select the option which you want to adjust in the Settings menu.
- Press the “OK” button to enter.

TROUBLESHOOTING
- Common fixes

- Many minor issues can be resolved by hard resetting, power cycling the unit, or upgrading the firmware.
- To perform a hard reset or power cycle, please use the following steps.
- Unplug it from the main power socket and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
- Press and hold the power button on the TV for 5 seconds.
- Connect the TV back to the power and turn it on.
- Poor picture and sound quality
