- This desk is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with the desk or be around it without constant adult supervision.
- Dispose of the plastic packaging materials as they may pose a choking hazard to children.
- The operating environment of this desk is 0–40°C.
- The maximum load capacity of this desk is 70kg. Do not overload the desk.
- Ensure the power cord is unplugged before cleaning.
- Be familiarised with all functions and program settings of the desk before first use.
- Slight noise caused by the belt or braking system is normal and will not have any effect on the use of the desk.

ASSEMBLY

Step 1: Installing the pedestals
Using the 5x5mm Allen key (C2), secure the pedestals (12) to the left and right columns (10, 7) with eight M6 screws (A). These create left and right column assemblies. -
Step 2: Installing the supporting beam
Lay the left column assembly horizontal, then align the supporting beam (6) with the left column (10). Using the 5mm Allen key (C2), secure the supporting beam with two M8 screws (B). Using the 5mm Allen key (C2), secure the other end of the supporting beam to the right column (7) with two M8 screws (B). If the length of the supporting beam needs to be adjusted, use the 4mm Allen key (C1) to loosen the screws in the middle of the supporting beam. Stretch the supporting beam to the desired length, then tighten the screws. -
Step 3: Installing the transmission rod
Loosen, align, and insert one end of the transmission rod (4) into the left column (10). Using the wrench (G), tighten the transmission rod. Slightly rotate the transmission rod and insert it into the right column (7). Using the 2.5mm Allen key (D), tighten the transmission rod until secure
Note :
Do not rotate the transmission rod by more than 120 -
Step 4: Installing the supporting plates
Using the 5mm Allen key (C2), secure the supporting plates (5) to the left and right columns (10, 7) with four M6 screws (A). This creates the base assembly. -
Step 5: Installing the tabletop and control box
Secure the tabletop (1) to the base assembly with twelve ST4.2 screws (F). The distance between the edges of the tabletop and the supporting plates (5) should be no more than 200mm. Secure the control panel (9) to the tabletop with two ST4.2 screws (F).
Note:
The control box (2) will already be attached to the tabletop

Step 6: Installing the baffle
Using the 2.5mm Allen key (D), secure the baffle (3) with four M4 screws (E). -
Step 7: Connecting cables
Connect the control panel (9) and the power cable (8) to the control box (2). Use the cable ties (11) if necessary.
OPERATION
Ensure the desk has been assembled correctly before use.
Powering
Connect the power cable to a power outlet and turn the desk on. Turn the
outlet off to turn off the desk.
Adjusting desk height
Press the up or down buttons (▲, ▼) to adjust the height of the desk. The LED
display will show the currently set height.
Height memory function
This desk can save up to three heights, allowing ease of use when adjusting to
commonly used desk heights. To save a height:
- Press the up or down buttons (▲, ▼) to adjust the desk to the desired height.
- Press the height memory button (M) to save the height. The LED display will show ‘ ’.
- Press any of the position buttons (1, 2, or 3) to map the height to the selected button. In future use, users only need to press the relevant position button to adjust to the saved height.
Posture timer button
Sitting at a desk for continuous periods may lead to a slouched posture. This
desk features an alarm that can be set to ring after a specified period to
remind users to correct their posture. To set the timer:
- Press the posture timer button (A) and the LED display will show ‘ ’.
- Wait for two seconds, then press the up or down buttons (▲, ▼) to adjust the time set on the timer. The default time is 45 minutes, and this will be shown on the LED display as ‘45’. Any adjustments made to the time set will be reflected on the LED display.
- Once the desired time is selected, either press any button on the control box or wait for five seconds to save the set time.

When the timer elapses, the LED display will show ‘00’ and the desk will emit a beeping tone for ten seconds. Within those ten seconds, press any button on the control box to reset the timer. Alternatively, press and hold the posture timer button
(A) for three seconds to turn off the timer. The LED display will show ‘ ’. -
If no button is pressed within the ten-second period, the timer will emit another beep after another five minutes. If no button is pressed when beeping, the timer will turn off.
CLEANING & CARE
Ensure the desk is turned off and the power cable is unplugged before cleaning. Wipe the dust on the surface with a damp cloth.
Notes:
- Do not allow water to drop into the internals or allow it to loosen connections.
- Do not clean the desk with corrosive or abrasive materials.
TROUBLESHOOTING

The height adjustment range is limited.
| · Press and hold the height memory and position 3 buttons simultaneously for three seconds. After hearing two beeps, the desk will perform a factory reset.

| · Press and hold the down button until the desk reaches its lowest height and performs a factory reset.
· If this does not work, check the cables are well connected, then disconnect the power cable for at least ten seconds. Reconnect the power cable and restart the desk.
