    ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

  31. Pursuant to the provisions of the WEEE Act, it is forbidden to put waste equipment marked with the symbol of a crossed bin together with other waste. The user, wishing to get rid of electronic and electrical equipment is obliged to return it to a waste equipment collection point. There are no hazardous components in the equipment that have a particularly negative impact on the environment and human health.

‘The emergency light runtime and the battery full charge time results are tested with stock batteries [Videx 18650 3.7V 2200mAh) and may vary between environments and actual batteries capacity used.

PRODUCT’S PURPOSE AND APPLICATION

The product is intended for consumer and commercial lighting. Possible places of use: passage, corridor, balcony, living room, bathroom.
CONTENTS OF THE KIT(Fig.1)

  • Lamp with two rechargeable batteries Videx Li-ion 18650 2200 mAh (Fig. 1.1];
  • Surtace mounting kit (Fig. 1.2];
  • User’s manual (Fig. 1.3];
  • Individual packaging [Fig. 1.4].

MOUNTING AND CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS (Fig. 2)

  • It is mandatory to disconnect power supply before installation. Read the instruction before installation. Installation must be performed by a specialist with  appropriate qualifications. The product is intended for installation on wall or ceiling. Please perform installation and connection according to the diagram below.
  • Connection must be made using built-in terminal block. The built-in terminal block allows the possibility of serial connection of several lamps in one line. Before the first use, it is necessary to check the correctness of the mechanical fastening and connection. The product can only be used in a network that meets the energy requirements and quality standards stipulated by law.
  • Attention;
    With a serial /group] connection. the total power limit of each group is 1000 W. provided that a wire with a cross section of ot least 1.5 mm2 is used.
    The minimum distance between two ceiling lamps is .3 meters to ovoid mutual interference of the radar sensor.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (Fig. 3)

  • Lever #1. Modes setting (Fig. 3.1):
  • 1st position – normal mode. The lamp works in the on/off mode:
  • 2nd position – day radar sensor mode. The lamp will turn on automatically when the sensor detects movement at day or night (> 30 Lux] and turn off after  set a mount of time if there is no motion sensed; 3rd position- night radar sensor mode. The lamp will turn on automatically when the sensor detects movement at  night(< 30 Lux] and turn off after set amount of time if there is no motion sensed.
  • Lever#2. Setting of the radar sensor post-induction delay (Fig. 3.2):
    • 1st position – 30 seconds;
    • 2nd position – 60 seconds;
    • 3rd position – 180 seconds.
  • Lever #3, Co1Talated color temperature setting (Fig. 3,3):
  • 1st position – 2700K [warm white]:
  • 2nd position – 3000K (warm white]:
  • 3rd position – 4000K (neutral white];
  • 4th position – 5000K (neutral white}:
  • 5th position – 6500K (cold white].
  • Lever #4. Power selling (Fig. 3.4): ****
  • 1st position – 30W;
  • 2nd position – 25W;
  • 3rd position -15W.

EMERGENCY RESERVE LIGHTING

  • The emergency reserve light will switch on automatically when electricity disappears and the switch remains turned on. When the electricity returns, the lamp will  automatically switch from emergency light to regular light.
  • Note. When the emergency reserve light is on, the radar sensor is disabled.
  • BATTERY CHARGING
  • The batteries will be charged automatically in the presence of electricity and switch is turned on. The batteries UI not be charging when switch is turned off. The product has a built-in intelligent internal circuit with overcharge, over discharge and overvoltage protection.
  • BATTERY REPLACEMENT (Fig. 4)
  • The product is equipped with replaceable batteries. If you notice that the battery has degraded over time, it can be replaced. The used batteries can be replaced on by the batteries with the same type. To replace the batteries, follow the next steps:
  • Remove the lampshade;
  • screw the screws that hold the transparent protective cover and remove the cover;
    • Insert new batteries according to the diagram (+/-] shown near the battery compartment;
    • Put the transparent cover back and fix it with appropriate screws;
    • Install the lampshade back.

FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS

This product can only be used indoor.

MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Any maintenance works should be carried out with the electricity turned off, and the product should cool down. Do not cover the lamp with heat-insulating materials, ensure free access of air. Clean only with soft and dry cloths. Do not use chemical detergents. The product may only be supplied with rated voltage or voltage within the given range. It is forbidden to use the product with a damaged light diffuser, damaged wiring or connection points. WARNING! With a serial (group] connection, do not exceed the maximum total load 1000W. Do not look directly at the LED beam. The product cannot be used in adverse conditions, e.g. vibration, explosive atmosphere, fumes or chemical fumes, etc. Do not attempt to disassemble the product to repair it as this may damage the product and void the warranty. The LED light source inside is non-replaceable. If the light source is broken, please contact manufacturer. Used or damaged product should be disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Failure to follow these instructions may result into e.g. fire, burns, electrical shock, physical injury and other material and non-material damage. The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from the failure to follow above instructions.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

  • Before delivery to the direct point of sale, the product must be stored in the manufacturer’s packaging at a temperature from -20°C to +40°C, in a dry room and without exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Transportation can be carried out by land, sea, air transport in the manufacturer’s transport packaging.

WARRANTY

  • The warranty period for the lamp is 3 years, for the batteries -1 year. The warranty period begins from the date of sale. During the warranty period, a faulty product can be exchanged or returned with prove of purchase and all components and accessories preserved. The following does not apply with the scope of limited  warranty:
    • Misuse the product and cause the products components damage;
    • Unauthorized disassemble or the presence of deep mechanical damage to the product;
    • Damage due to force majeure.
      The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to these user manual or technical changes to the product without prior notice.
