Apps HIDVCAM WiFi Camera App
Full Charge
Please full charge the camera for 4 hours before use.
Download and install app
- Search HIDVCAM in the Apple App StoreiOS devices) or Google Play Store (Android devices) to download the App HIDVCAM.
- Scan the QR code to download “HIDVCAM” by Android or Apple device.
Set APP Permissions
Open HIDVCAM, Set the following permissions for the app.
- The phone will prompt “HIDVCAM Would Like to find and connect to devices on your local network” >» Click OK.
- The phone will prompt “HIDVCAM Would Like to Access Your Photos>>Click”Allow Access to All Photos”
- The phone will prompt “Allow HIDVCAM to use your location”>>Click’Allow While Using APp”
- The phone will prompt “HIDVCAM Would Like to Send You Notifications”>>Click”Allow”.
Registry and Login:

Open the APP “HIDVCAM”,

Register your membership via WeChat \Facebook\Twitter\Line\ Email. Turn on/off the Camera
Push the On/off button to On or Off side to turn on/off the camera. ( or press for 2 seconds to
power on; press for 3 seconds to power off ) -
Open the “HIDVCAM” APP on phone and click “+”,Click “Adding device by scanning QR code”.

Select the wifi name of the page,click “Next”

According to the prompts on router’s wifi, input the wifi password, and click “Next”

Then Click “Confirm”-(Make sure the phone is connected to the router 2.4G network before this)

QR code appears on the APP page, please aim the camera lens at the QR code.

When the camera is configured to the router WiFi, it will automatically jump to the next step, and the voice prompt “Connect to WiFi successfully”.

Set “device name”, click “Next”.dick “Confimm”

click “Next”.

The video interface will appear in the APP, click “Complete”.After you left, as long as your phone has internet or phone data, you can access to APP to watch the live feed videos.
Tips:
- Choose a location with a strong signal to install the camera, so as not to be unable to connect to the router wifi due to an unstable signal;
- This camera only configures the router’s 2.4Ghz WiFI. Please make sure camera connected router’s WiFi is 2.4Ghz.
Device Share
You could share your camera to others, such as relatives, friends, colleagues,
and set the user permissions of shared camera.
- Click “Settings” to enter the setting interface.
- Click on “Authorization Settings”
- Get the ID of the user who needs to share. Share users must download “HIDVCAM” and log in after installation, click the “Me” button
- After getting a user 1D, input the ID on the authorization interface and click “Search”
- Pop up the authorization confirmation interface, select the permission to be shared, and click “Confirm”. Device sharing is finished successfully When authorized user information is displayed
in the user list.
Camera Works Without WiFi Network
Also, this camera works without wifi network. Only you insert a Tf card and
turn on the camera. Then the camera will record the video files to TF card. if
you are within 10 meters of the camera, you can also connect to the camera’s
wifi hotspot via mobile phone and watch the live feed video on the APP. The
detailed operation steps are as follows.
- Tum on camera: Press “ON/OFF” to turn on the camera
- Go to the phone’s WiFi setting page, then connect the camera-owned Wi-Fi hotspot named’ IPC-XXXXX”
Tips
- This mode is only applicable when the camera and the mobile phone are too close. If the distance between the camera and the mobile phone exceeds 10 meters, the camera and the mobile phone will lose contact.lf you need to watch the video recorded by the camera remotely and in real-time, please connect the camera to the router wifi.
