SPECIFICATIONS
WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SAFE USE
- Warning! To be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
- NEVER LEAVE THE CHILD WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. Always monitor the child while it is using the battery operated ATV.
- Warning! This toy is unsuitable for children under 3 years due to its maximum speed.
- Intended for children older than 3 years of age with maximum weight up to 50 kg.
- Use only as intended. The battery operated ATV is a toy – it is not intended to transport people on long distances or luggage and etc.
- Adult assembly required.
- Children under 3 years of age are not to be present during assembly of the ATV. Small parts. Risk of choking.
- Keep the packing away from children during the unpacking and afterwards.
- The assembly and charging of the batteries must be made by an adult.
- Use with caution. Skill is required to avoid falls or collisions causing injury to the user or third parties.
- Warning! Protective equipment should be worn. Not to be used in traffic.
- The product is intended for use only by one child at a session.
- Never use on roads, close to cars, on or close to steep hills or stairs, pools, or other water bodies, muddy terrains or swampy areas.
- Check regularly the condition of each part, since there is a risk of injuring your child in case of damage.
- Do not use the ATV if you find loosen, worn-out or damaged parts. The wheels must be moving freely.
- One must always use shoes during use. The child must not be barefoot during use of the toy or with shoes with slippery soles.
- One must always sit on the seat. Do not allow the child to step on the seat or to use the battery operated ATV, while standing up.
- Your child must not jump with the ATV from curbs or other higher parts or bump into them.
- You must teach your child and the other children, which are near the ATV, not to touch its wheels with hands or other objects, while the ATV is moving.
- Do not tie or attach objects or accessories to the toy. This may lead to hanging, twining and disturbance of the balance causing injuring your child.
- Do not modify any of the parts of the product!
- Keep away from direct heat sources – heathers, open fires or others.
- Do not use the ATV in rainy days, do not get it wet with water or other liquids during play or during cleaning. This will prevent the risk of damage of the toy due to rust on the metal parts or disturbing the stability of the connections.
- This toy has no breaks.
RULES FOR SAFE DRIVING
♦ The children must be in Safe Zones for driving:
• Not to be used on slopes or steep areas or stairs, near swimming pools or
other water bodies.
• Use the toy on even ground and in safe areas only. Such as – in your home,
park or playground.
• Using the product behind vehicles, near or on high traffic, streets, rivers,
slopes, escalators or other dangerous places is strictly forbidden.
• Never use on lawns or other grass areas, on or near steep slopes.
• Avoid sandy or other hard and rough surfaces. Do not use in poor weather
(snow, rain, strong wind), or at places that are poorly lit, or places with
poor visibility or with obstacles.
• Never use in the dark.Your child may encounter unexpected obstacles
resulting in an accident. Use only during the day or at places that are well
lit.
♦ It is forbidden to shorten the terminals of the electric cables or to add
other electric parts.
♦ Periodically check the wires, bushings and connectors.
♦ Do not allow children to touch the wheels or be close to them, when the
battery operated ATV is in motion.
♦ Some accessories of the ATV may get damaged during improper driving, be
careful.
♦ DO not use suddenly the forwards/backwards switch, while the ATV is in
motion. It can be used only while the toy is stopped in place.
♦ When restarting the motor there may be some sparks. It is forbidden to start
the ATV in highly flammable and explosive environments such as petrol
stations.
♦ An adult must read this instruction carefully and give correct guidelines to
children before playing with this product. Show them how to start and release
the pedal, how to stop the ATV and how to act in case of malfunctions.
♦ When you stop using the toy, turn off the power.
♦ Do not change anything in the body and parts of the product. This may lead
to destabilization of the toy and injury to your child.
♦ The following must be confirmed before using the product:
• Important! Before use of the product for the first time, the battery
must be charged for 4 – 6 hours, but no more than 10 hours. Only an adult can
charge and recharge the battery.
• Check regularly all screws, nuts and safety coverings and tighten them if
necessary!
• Before each use check the seat. Whether it is correctly placed and mounted
(installed) with the help of a screw.
• In order to avoid incidents, make sure that the battery operated ATV is
entirely safe before use.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Battery/ Charger/ Alkaline batteries
- The battery/ charger/ alkaline batteries are not toys and it is strictly forbidden for children to play with them.
- Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged, do not recharge them.
- Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickelcadmium).
- Only an adult must charge the batteries.
- Remove the rechargeable batteries from the product before you start charging them.
- Observe the correct polarity ± indicated at the battery compartment.
- The discharged batteries must immediately be removed from the product.
- Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the product for a long time.
- Do not shorten the battery terminals.
- Use only the rechargeable battery and charged provided by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the battery or charger for other product, because this may lead to overheating, fire or explosion.
- DO NOT OPEN the battery or charger.
- DO NOT CHARGE the battery backwards.
- Always keep the battery dry. The battery or its components must not get in contact with fresh or salt water.

See Figure PD : Before you start assembling the ATV, take all the parts from the packing. Check if all the parts are available. Keep the packages until you finish completely the assembly.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
- WARNING! Adult assembly required. Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges and sharp points in the vehicle’s unassembled state. Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly of the vehicle. Do not allow the children to play with any of the parts or to help in the assembly of the vehicle. Identify all parts before assembly and save all packing material until assembly is complete to ensure that no parts are discarded.
- After each step you must check if each part is correctly placed and well fixed. Follow strictly each step and study well the assembly figures.
- DO NOT over-tighten in order to avoid any damage
- Step 1 – Attach the Front Axle – See Fig. 1: Gently turn the vehicle body upside down. Fit the front axle to the vehicle body. Insert the bend end of the steering column into the hole on the front axle linkage. Insert eight Ø4×16 screws through the front axle and into the vehicle body, and tighten with a screwdriver. Fit a Ø10 plastic washer onto the bent end of the steering column. Insert a split pin into the hole on the bent end of the steering column, bend the ends of the split pin back using long nose pliers (not included).
- Step 2 – Attach the Front Wheels – See Fig. 2: Fit a wheel driver to the front wheel and use four Φ 4×12 screws to secure it. Put a gear box onto the front axle (“R” labeled fit to right side, “L” labeled fit to the left side.) Make sure the gear box match up with the motor frame on the front axle as shown. Plug the connector on the motor in the connector on the vehicle body. Put a front wheel onto the front axle. Make sure the driver on the front wheel matches the gear box on the front axle. Put a Φ12 washer onto the front axle. Tighten a nut to the end of the front axle with a spanner. DO NOT over tighten. Attach the wheel cover to the wheel. Repeat for the other front driving wheel.
- Step 3 – Attach the Rear Driving Wheels – See Fig. 3: Put a wheel onto the rear axle. Ensure the wheel matches the gear box. Put another Φ12 washer onto the rear axle. Tighten a nut to the end of the rear axle with a spanner. Repeat the above procedure to assemble the other rear wheel to the rear axle. Repeat to fix the other rear wheel. HINT: An extra spanner has been provided to hold the nut on the other side of the rear axle while tightening the nut on the other side. Attach the wheel cover to the wheel.
- Step 4 – Attach the Handle bar & Front decoration – See Fig. 4 & 5: Turn over the vehicle body. Fit the handle bar to the end of the steering column. Line up the holes on the handle bar with those on the steering column. Fix using M5x27 screw and nut. Use pliers to hold the nut while tightening the screw on the other side with a screwdriver. Place the front decoration to the vehicle body. Fix it using three Ø5×12 screws.
- Step 5 – Attach the Front Roll Bar & Back Rest – See Fig. 6 & 7: Place the front roll bar to the vehicle body. Fix it with four Ø4×16 screws and a screwdriver. Put the back rest at the rear part of the ATV. Fix it with two Ø4×16 screws.
- Step 6 – Attach the Rear Decoration & Rear Roll Bar – See Fig. 8 & 9: Turn the rear decoration upside down. Attach the rear roll bar to the rear decoration as shown. Insert the two Ø4×16 screws and tighten with a screwdriver. Place the rear decoration with roll bar assembly over the rear of the vehicle body. Insert three Ø5×12 screws through the rear decoration and into the vehicle body, tighten with a screwdriver. Insert two Ø4×16 screws through the real roll bar and into the vehicle body, and tighten with a screwdriver.
- Step 7 – Connect the Power Supply & Attach the Seat – See Fig. 10 & 11: Plug the battery connector into the red connector of the vehicle cables as shown. Fix the tabs of the seat into the holes on the vehicle. Use a Ø4X16 screw to secure the seat to the vehicle body.
HOW TO OPERATE THE BO ATV
See Fig. U – On it are shown the different buttons:
1. Power button: Turn the power on and off.
2. Forward-reverse switch: Changes the direction of movement of the ATV.
● To move the vehicle forward, shift the lever to top position. If you release
the foot pedal, the ATV will stop moving.
● To move the vehicle reverse, shift the lever to down position. If you
release the foot pedal, the ATV will stop moving.
3. High-low speed switch: the ATV moves in high speed only in forward
mode. 4.2W/4W switch (if equipped): Operates the vehicle to 2WD mode and 4WD
mode.
5. Foot pedal: To move the vehicle, press the pedal down. To brake or
slow down, release pressure from the pedal.
Use the handle bar to turn to the left or right.
6. Lights switch: Turn the front lights on and off.
7. Mp3 player – See Fig. MP: A. USB slot; B. TF card slot (Read mp3
format only); C. AUX input; D. Previous Song/Increase volume; E. Play/ Pause;
F. Next song / decrease volume; G. Change the audio input (If you insert two
or more audio input devices). H. Display screen: It displays the power level
of the battery when the vehicle stops.
♦ WARNING! Always stop the ATV when changing the direction of movement or
the speed in order to avoid damage of the gearboxes or motors.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
ONLY AN ADULT CAN CHARGE AND RECHARGE THE BATTERY!
WARNING
-
IN ORDER TO AVOID FIRE AND ELECTRIC SHOCK:
– NEVER USE battery or charger of other brand or another product. Always use only the rechargeable battery and adapter provided with the bought product.
-Do not place the battery or adapter for another product. This may result in overheating, fire or explosion.
– NEVER change the electric current. Making any changes to it may lead to short circuit, fire or explosion or the system may permanently get damaged.
– Do not allow Your child to charge the battery.
– DO NOT ALLOW DIRECT CONTACT BETWEEN THE TERMINALS OF THE BATTERY. THIS MAY LEAD TO FIRE OR EXPLOSION. -
During the charging of the battery explosive gases, heat or flammable substances accumulate. Charge the battery in well ventilated places ONLY.
-Never pick up the battery by its cable or adapter. This may lead to damaging of the battery resulting in a fire. Pick the battery by the corpus ONLY.
-Do no turn the battery backwards. -
Always secure and fasten the rechargeable battery with the bracket. Otherwise the battery can fall and injure the child, if the battery operated ATV upturns.

The battery terminals, connectors and parts related to them contain lead and lead components, chemicals, which according to the state of California can cause cancers and reproductive disabilities. Always wash your hands after handling the battery.
-
Only an adult can handle and charge the battery. The battery is heavy and contains lead acid (electrolyte). Dropping the battery may lead to permanent damage of the battery or serious injuries.
-
Do not let the battery discharge entirely. You must recharge it after each use or once a month if you are not going to use it regularly.
-
Before you start charging the product you must check whether the adapter, battery and cables are in good working order. If there is damage on any of these parts, you must stop using them, until the damage is removed.
-
It is normal for the adapter to get heated during charging, but if the adapter gets very hot, you must stop the charging and check the adapter and battery.
-
Do not open the battery. The battery contains lead acid and other materials, which are toxic and corrosive.
-
Do not open the adapter! The exposed wires and electric components of the adapter may cause electric shock.
-
Before you put the battery operated ATV in storage, you must charge its battery completely. After that every 3 months you must charge it, in order to prolong its life.
-
The charging socket is situated on the left rear part of the ATV’S body.
-
During charging the ATV is not usable, because the current of the electric system is stopped.
-
When the battery operated ATV starts moving more slowly, you must recharge the battery.
-
After each use or at least once a month you must recharge the rechargeable battery between 8 and 12 hours, but NOT MORE.
-
Switch OFF the POWER BUTTON before charging.
-
Do not shortcut the battery terminals.
-
The charger and the battery are not toys. Do not allow the children to play with the charger and the battery.
-
Use only the battery and charger, which are recommended by the factory.
- Turn off the ATV. Plug the charger port into the charging socket on the ATV.
- Plug the charger plug into a wall outlet. The battery will begin charging.
FUSE
The battery is connected to a self resetting fuse. If the electric system or the battery are overloaded, the fuse will turn off the electric supply in the ATV. It will restart after 20 seconds. Then the ATV can be used again. If the fuse is repeatedly tripping, then the ATV probably should be repaired. Contact the shop, from which you bought the product. DO NOT TRY TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT BY YOURSELVES, BECAUSE YOUR WARRANTY WILL EXPIRE.
Follow the rules bellow to avoid tripping of the fuse:
- Do not overload the ATV.
- DO NOT tie anything behind the ATV.
- DO NOT drive up steep slopes.
- DO NOT drive into fixed objects, as this causes the wheels to spin, leading the motor to overheat.
- DO NOT drive in very hot weather as the components may overheat.
- DO NOT allow the access of water or other liquids to the battery or other electric components.
- DO NOT tamper with the electric system. This may cause short circuit.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
IMPORTANT! Read the manual and the troubleshooting guide completely. Do not try to repair the battery operated ATV. For this purpose, contact the shop, from which you bought the product or the importer.
♦ Problem 1: The ATV does not move
• Cause 1 : The battery is exhausted. Charge it.
• Cause 2: When the ATV is overloaded or due to improper use, the fuse
will switch off automatically. If this happens, wait for several minutes
without using the product. The fuse will switch on automatically.
• Cause 3: The battery cable has fallen off. Re-connect.
• Cause 4: The battery is damaged. Contact the store you bought the
product from.
• Cause 5: The cables of the electric circuit are broken or damaged. For
repairs, contact the store you bought the product from.
• Cause 6: The motor is damaged. The ATV must be examined and repaired by
a professional. Contact the store you bought the product from.
♦ Problem 2: The time for use of the ATV is short :
• Cause 1: The time for charging the batter is shorten. Charge the battery
for the recommended time and not shorter, or charge every time after each use.
The charging must be done at least once a week. Charge for 4 – 6 hours, but
not more than 10 hours.
• Cause 2: The battery is old. Contact the store you bought the product
from.
♦ Problem 3: Low speed
• Cause 1: The battery is old. Change it with new. Contact the store you
bought the product from.
• Cause 2: The battery is dead. Re-charge it.
• Cause 3: Overload. Reduce the load to 50 kg.
• Cause 4: The surface, on which the ATV is being used, is not even. Use
the product only on even surface.
♦ Problem 4: The ATV must be pushed to start moving.
• Cause 1: Poor contact of wires or Connectors. Check if all wires or
connectors are firmly fixed. Re-connect all again.
• Cause 2: Dead spot in the motor. Contact the shop, from which you
bought the product.
♦ Problem 5: Difficulty when shifting from forward to reverse or vice
versa.
• Cause: you are changing the gears when the ATV is moving. Stop
completely the ATV from moving, to change the gears.
♦ Problem 6: Loud noise or clicking sounds from the gearbox/ motor
• Cause : The gearbox or motor are damaged. Contact the store you
bought the product from, the importer or the manufacturer.
♦ Problem 7: The battery cannot be charged
• Cause 1: The socket of the battery is loose. Make sure that the cables
of the electric circuit are connected with the terminal of the battery.
• Cause 2: The charger is not connected correctly. Make sure that the
charger is plugged in a the ATV socket correctly.
• Cause 3: The charger is damaged. Contact the shop you bought the product
from.
♦ Problem 8: During charging the charger is warm
• Cause: This is due to a chemical reaction. You should not be worried as
this is a normal chemical process.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT
♦ Cleaning:
- Do not clean the product with a hose. Do not wash it with water and soap. Do not use the ATV, when it rains or snows. Water may damage the motor, electric system or battery.
- Clean the battery operated ATV with soft, dry cloth only. In order to restore the shine of the plastic parts, use polishing agent for furniture WITHOUT wax. Do not use strong abrasive cleaning agents.
♦ Maintenance and storage:
- The responsibility to check the main parts of the toy before use is entirely to the parents/ adult. Regularly check for potential risk of damage / injury – the battery, adapter, electric cables or wires, bushings, screws, body, moving systems, wheels, fastening components – whether they are in good working condition or not, whether there is any damage, broken or chipped parts. If you find any, you must stop using the product, until the damage is removed. Contact the shop you bought the product from or the importer.
- Make sure that the plastic parts of the toy are not cracked or broken.
- From time to time use lubricating oil, in order to oil the moving parts such as wheels and moving connections. You must apply a very thin layer of the oil and be careful while applying it.
- Store the ATV in upright position only, do not turn it upside down and do not tilt it. Park the battery operated ATV indoors or cover it with sailcloth, in order to protect it in humid weather.
- When you are not going to use the product, you must store it at a dry, cool and well ventilated place. Do not store the product close to sources of heat – open fire, heating devices or cookers and also at humid places.
- FOR ADULTS ONLY: recharge the battery after each use. Recharge the battery at least once a month, when you are not using the battery operated ATV.
- When the battery operated ATV is not being used, all electric sources must be switched off. All switches must be in zero position or in “stop” position. Disconnect the bushings of the battery’s cables.
- If you are not going to use the product for a long time, you must charge the battery completely, before you put it for storage. You must charge the battery every three months in order to prolong its life.
- Before you put the ATV for storage you must switch the power button OFF, remove the cables from all bushings and the rechargeable battery of the ATV. Store it at a suitable place (dry, cool and well ventilated place). Do not allow children to play close to the battery.
- IMPORTANT! DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES OF THE BODY OF THE ATV AND ITS MAIN PARTS AND ALSO THE ELECTRIC INSTALLATION! This may lead to damaging of the ATV, improper operation and a risk of injury to the child. These parts must be maintained by an expert – authorized repair shop or importer.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries, do not mix old and new or different types of batteries. Observe the correct polarity while placing the batteries.
- Do not change the structure of this product and its electric system. Any changes must be performed under the guidance of a technician only. In case of a problem contact the shop you bought the product from or the importer.
REPLACING OF THE BATTERY AND DISPOSAL OF THE EXHAUSTED BATTERY
Your battery at one point will lose its ability to hold charge. Depending on the amount of use and varying conditions, the battery should be used between one and three years. In order to replace the battery and remove the discharged one, follow the steps below:

Remove the seat of the battery operated ATV.

Remove the jacks of the battery’s cables.
-
Remove the metal bracket that protects the battery from falling.
-
Remove the lid of the battery compartment.
-
Carefully lift the battery.
-
Depending on the state of the battery (for example leakage) you may have to wear protective gloves before you remove the battery.
• Do not lift the battery by its terminals or cables. -
Place the discharged battery in a plastic packaging.
• Important! The sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or thrown away in an ecologically friendly manner for the purpose of avoiding pollution of the environment. The battery contains lead acid (electrolyte) and must be discarded in an ecologically friendly manner in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
• DO NOT throw the rechargeable battery away in fire, because it may explode or leak.
• DO NOT throw the lead-acid battery in the containers for household waste. The incineration (burning), land filling or mixing of the sealed lead- acid batteries with the household waste is forbidden by law.
• The discharged rechargeable battery can be given at the local recycling center for recycling or at a center for sale of such batteries. -
Replace the battery with new one and reconnect all cables and terminals.

Place the metal bracket protecting the battery from upturning or falling back on.
-
Return the seat of the battery operated ATV back in place.
