WARNING

  • Contains small parts. Adult assembly is required.
  • Pay special attention, when unpacking and assembling the toy. While you perform those actions children should not be present.
  • То avoids choking hazards, keep the plastic bag away from children, and while you assemble the toy children should not be present.
  • Do not allow the child to remove the stickers, if there are any glued to the product, and to swallow them.
  • The raw materials and colors, used for producing the products, are suitable and safe for children’s health.
  • Do not expose the product to direct sunlight for long periods of time and keep it away from direct heat sources. Store at a dry and ventilated place.

WARNING AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SAFE USE

  1. Warning! To be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
  2. This ride-on car is suitable for children aged 12-36 months, weighing up to 25 kg. The product cannot support the extra weight!
  3. The toy is intended for use by one child only.
  4. Warning! During assembly, children should not be present. Choking hazard! Small parts.
  5. The batteries must be handled by an adult only.
  6. Not to be used in traffic.
  7. Not to be used on steep slopes or near stairs, swimming pools or other water bodies. Use the product only on even grounds and safe areas.
  8. Do not allow another child to push the ride-on car while your child uses it.
  9. Check regularly the condition of each part. In case of damage, there is a risk of injuring your child.
  10. Check regularly whether the nut and bolt on the steering wheel are fixed tightly and do not represent any danger.
  11. If the product is not assembled properly this may lead to danger.
  12. Do not allow the child to use the ride–on car barefoot.
  13. The toy complies with Standard EN71 and meets the essential requirements for the “General safety of the product”.
  14. Risk of suffocation. Remove all plastic packing immediately after unpacking the product.

HANDLING OF THE BATTERY

  1. The battery should be handled by an adult only. Do not allow the children to play with the batteries.
  2. Always remove the discharged batteries and do not throw them away with household waste, use the places designated for that purpose. They are recyclable.
  3. Use АА batteries only.
  4. Alkaline batteries are recommended.
  5. Always remove the batteries, if you will not use the product for a long period of time.
  6. When you replace the batteries always replace them with new ones, always replace all batteries. Children should not be present while you are replacing the batteries.
  7. Do not mix old batteries with new ones.
  8. Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon – Zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel – Cadmium) batteries.
  9. Do not throw the batteries in the fire, because they may blow up or leak.

See table page 1, on which are shown the different parts of the product:

  1. CB – car body – 1 pc;
  2. SW –steering wheel – 1 pc;
  3. B – backrest – 1 pc;
  4. WH – wheels – 4 pcs;
  5. WC –wheel covers – 4 pcs;
  6. ATS – anti–tumble shelf – 1 pc;
  7. WL –  warning lights – 1 pc;
  8. FF – J – shaped front fork – 1 pc;
  9. RA – rear axle – 1 pcs;
  10. R – bushing – 4 pcs;
  11. WA – washers – 5 pcs (1 pc is spare);
  12. CP – cotter pin – 4 pcs  (1 pcs is spare).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT

  1. Clean the product regularly.
  2. When cleaning the product, do not use corrosive strong detergents or alcohol-based or abrasive detergents.
  3. Clean with a soft wet cloth and always wipe the product dry with a soft cloth immediately afterward.
  4. Inspect the product regularly for broken, chipped or damaged parts. If you find any, do not use the product until the damage is removed.
  5. Upon damage, contact the shop, from which you bought the product or the importer.
  6. Do not repair by yourselves and do not modify or alter the product, because this may endanger the health of your child.
  7. Inspect regularly whether the main parts of the car are in good working order (steering wheel, main body and wheels).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the instructions carefully before you start the assembly of the product. Follow exactly the individual steps for assembly and inspect after each action whether you have  fixed the individual parts tightly.

  1. Step 1 – See Figure Step 1: Attach the anti-tumble shelf to the rear part of the car body.

  2. Step 2 – See Figure Step 2: Take the rear axle and place on one of its sides 1 washer, 1 wheel, and 1 bushing.
    Slide the axle through the openings in the rear car body. Then attach to its other end 1 washer, 1 wheel, 1 bushing, and 1 cotter pin to fix the wheels.

  3. Step 3 – See Figure Step 3: Attach to the front axles a bushing, a wheel, and a washer. Then attach to each side 1 cotter pin to fix the wheels.

  4. Step 4 – See Figure Step 4: Attach the wheel covers to the wheels.

  5. Step 5 – See Figure Step 5: Slide the front fork through the opening in the bottom of the car body. Its curved end must be attached to the opening of the plastic part connecting the front axles.

  6. Step 6 – See Figure Step 6: Take the steering wheel and remove the bolt and nut fixed to it. Attach the steering wheel to the front fork, coming out of the car body. Align the openings of the fork and steering wheel for the fixing bolt. Slide through these openings the fixing bolt and fix it using a nut and screw.

  7. Step 7 – See Figure Step 7: Attach the backrest to the rear car body and press down carefully until it is fixed.

  8. Step 8 – See Figure Step 8: Connect the cable of the warning lights to the cable coming out of the car. Place the cables in the opening in the car body and fi the lights. Be careful not to tear apart the cables when attaching the lights.

PLACEMENT OF THE BATTERIES – FIGURE BATTERY CHANGE

WARNING! Placement of batteries should be performed in the absence of children!

  1. The batteries are not included in the set.
  2. Turn the car body so that its bottom is facing you. The battery compartment is near the plastic part connecting the front axles.
  3. Remove the screw of the lid of the battery compartment with a screwdriver and set it aside.
  4. After that place 2 x AA 1.5 V batteries in the compartment, make sure that you observe the respective polarity (+/-) when you place them, it is indicated on the bottom of the compartment.
  5. Replace the cover of the battery compartment and secure it with the screw.
