Quick start guide
Before using for the first time, please put the two earphones back to the charging case and close the cover.Then use the TYPE-C charging cable in the package to charge the charging case for more than half an hour. After the earphones and the charging case are fully charged, turn it on again
Connect to mobile phone
Open the charging case cover, the earphones in the charging case will automatically turn on and enter the pairing state, turn on the mobile phone’s Bluetooth to search for MX503-SP (make sure the mobile phone and the earphones are within 5 meters when connecting), and click to connect

Boot up
Open the charging case, the earphones will automatically turn on, and then enter the Bluetooth pairing state; Or press the touch area for 3 seconds to turn it on manually during shutdown state. -
Shut down
Put the earphones back into the charging case, close the case cover to shutdown automatically; In the Bluetooth pairing state, if no device was connected for more than 5 minutes, the earphones will automatically shut down. -
Play/Pause music
Double-click any touch area to play/pause music -
Previous/Next song
Tap the left/right touch area 3 times to switch the previous/next song. -
Call operation
Incoming call answering: when there is an incoming call, tap any touch area twice; Reject incoming call: When there is an incoming call, long press any touch area for 3 seconds; End a call: During a call, tap any touch area twice. -
Voice assistant
Long press any touch area for 3 seconds and release to trigger the voice assistant.

Why can’t my product be turned on?
Answer: Before using for the first time, please put the two earphones back to the charging case, close the case cover, and then use the TYPE-C charging cable in the package to charge the charging case for more than half an hour. After the earphones and the charging case are fully charged, restart to use. -
Why can’t the mobile phone Bluetooth search for MX503-SP/ Bluetooth connection is unstable or disconnected?

Answer: 1) Please do not exceed the Bluetooth connection distance of the mobile phone by 10 meters, and avoid interference from walls or crowds (under strong signal interference scenarios such as subway stations, high-speed rail stations, airports, etc., unstable Bluetooth signals are a normal phenomenon)

Put the earphones into the charging case and close the cover, take it out after 10 seconds, turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and search for the earphones again;

If the above operation still fails to connect, the right to use the earphones may have been preempted by other surrounding Bluetooth devices. Please turn off the Bluetooth of the surrounding mobile phones and repeat step 3).

Why is only one earphone ringing?
Answer: Please make sure that the two earphones and the charging case are fully charged, then clear all the Bluetooth pairing records of the mobile phone and turn off the Bluetooth. Put the earphones in the charging case and close the cover. After 10 seconds, take out the earphones and let them stand for 5 seconds. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth to search for the earphones and connect it again. -
Why does the earphone touch function invalid?

Answer: 1) Please confirm that your finger has accurately clicked on the touch area of the earphones;

Try to speed up the click rhythm of double-click and triple-click (double-click and triple-click in about 1 second);

The earphones itself cannot control the mobile phone to open the music software, so when the music software in the mobile phone is already open, touch operations such as play/pause/cut song can take effect;

Touch area has different sensitivities for different human bodies. Water or foreign objects on the finger or touch area will affect the touch effect. Please clean the surface of the earphones and try again
