Replace 700Wh Battery Compartment Parts

1 Dismounting

1. First pull up the battery compartment lock knobs on both sides of the machine body and rotate 90° to a shallower card slot ;
2. Dial the switch on the slider, and buckle the chute to pull the locking assembly up ;
3. Hold the lower sides of the plate with your hands, and pull down to deform the plate , so that the buckle can be released from the rear bracket;
4. Pull the circular claw of battery compartment to slowly pull the battery compartment out.

2 Mounting

1. Pull up the battery compartment lock knobs on both sides of the machine body and rotate 90° to a shallower card slot;
2. Place the machine body head down and load the battery compartment along the machine body chute. Press down hard, the lock knob is snapped in place until you hear a “Click” sound;
3. Hold the lower sides of the plate with your hands, pull down to deform the plate “”, and snap the buckle tightly on the rear bracket;
4. Press the locking assembly chute down, the buckle is snapped in place until you hear a “Click” sound, and the battery mounting is done.

Mounting of Counterweight

Mount the counterweight under the ROV main cabin components with 2 M3X8 combination screws.

Mounting of Tether Module Assembly

1. Unscrew the butterfly thumb screw to remove the upper tether module;
2. Clamp the lower tether module assembly under the ROV into the lower hanging ring components, and mount it on both sides of battery compartment components;
3. Align the locating pin holes of the upper tether module before clamping the upper hanging ring components;
4. Screw the butterfly thumb screw.
