Product Usage Instructions

  • Power/MFB (Multi-function Button) : Long press for about 2 seconds to turn on the headset. Long press for about 3 seconds to turn off the headset. Long press for about 6 seconds to enter the pairing state. Short press once to play/pause music. Short press once to answer an incoming call, long press for 1 second to reject a call, and short press once to hang up during the call.
  • Sound Effect Mode/Connection Switch Button: Short press once to switch between the Bee play game mode and music mode.
  • Light Button: Short press once to turn off the RGB light effect, and press again to turn it on.
  • Microphone Button: Press once to turn on the microphone, and press again to turn it off. Double-click to switch to the next track, and triple-click to switch to the previous track.

Note:
When using Bluetooth mode, make sure the mobile phone can query and search for the Bluetooth name of the GS401 Pro. The headset also supports stereo music, playback, volume adjustment, and other functions. It has a 3.5mm jack input and supports AAC, MP3, WAV, and WMA audio decoding. The headset is crafted with ergonomics and a lightweight design for all-day comfort.

POWER/MFB(Multi-function Button):

  1. Power on: Long press it for about 2 seconds to turn on the headset. The voice prompts “Power on”.
  2. Power off: Long press it for about 3 seconds to turn off the headset. The voice prompts “Power off”.
  3. Pairing: Long press it for about 6 seconds to enter the pairing state. The voice prompts “Pairing”.(The mobile phone can query and search for the Bluetooth name of “GS401 Pro”)
  4. Play/Pause: when the music is playing, press it once to play or pause the music.
  5. Answer/hang up a call: when there is an incoming call, short press once to answer the call or long press for 1 second to reject the call; during the call, short press once to hang up the current call.

Sound Effect Mode/Connection Switch Button:

  1. Short press once to switch between “Bee play”game mode and music mode. the default mode is Bee play mode(game mode) when the headset was powered on. There is a voice prompt “Bee play mode(game mode)” or “Music mode”.
  2. Seamless switch connection: if the headset was paired with devices via the USB Dongle or Bluetooth respectively before, you can switch the connection between the USB Dongle or Bluetooth by quickly double-clicking the “BP Button”. The prompt tone will be “Bluetooth” when switching to Bluetooth mode, or “USB Dongle” when switching to transmitter mode. Each time, the connection is successful, you will hear “Connected”. (Note: when you are using the headset via Bluetooth, but unintentionally switch to the “USB dongle” mode, there is no sound from the headset in this situation. You just need to switch back to Bluetooth mode.)

Light Button:
The light effect is turned on by default. Short press the RGB light effect button once to turn off the light, and press it again to turn on the light.

Microphone Button:

  1. Press once to turn on the microphone, and the voice prompts “MIC ON”; press it again to turn off the microphone. the voice prompts “MIC OFF”.

  2. Double-click to switch to the next track, triple-click to switch to the previous track.

  3. Volume Adjustment:
    To increase/decrease the volume, rotate the volume roller up/down.

  4. Line IN 3.5mm Audio Jack Input:
    When the 3.5mm jack is plugged, the headset will only support game audio. If you want to chat with your friends, please use the in-line microphone for communication.

  5. Type-C Charging Port:
    The charger cable‘s specification is DC5V/1000mA. During chariging, the headset will automatically shut down.

  6. Charging Status Indicator:
    When charging, the indicator will turn solid red. After fully charged, the red light will turn solid green.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Power on/Pairing connection:
    • Long press the ① button for about 2 seconds to turn on the Bluetooth headset (voice prompts “Power on”). If pairing information is saved in the device’s pairing history, the headset will be auto-pairing status. If there is no pairing information before, it will automatically enter pairing mode (voice prompt “Pairing”). In the pairing state, devices with Bluetooth function such as mobile phones can search the headset and connect to it. When the pairing is completed, the connection is done.
    • After the headset entered the pairing state, the blue indicator will flash once every second. Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone and turn it on. Find “GS401 Pro” in the list of Bluetooth devices and select it to pair. When the headset connects to the mobile phone, the voice prompts “Connected”, which means the connection is completed. After the connection is successful, the headset indicator light will be solid blue.
  2. Power off:
    • With the headset on, long press the ① button for about 3 seconds, and voice prompt “Power off”.
  3. Next song:
    • When the connected device is playing music, double-click the ④ button to switch to the next song.
  4. Previous song:
    • When the connected device is playing music, press the ④ button three times to switch to the previous song.
  5. Microphone mute key:
    • During a call, press the ④ button once to turn off the microphone, and the voice prompts “MIC OFF”; press the ④ button again to turn on the microphone,and the voice prompts “MIC ON”.
  6. Light switch button:
    • The light effect is turned on by default, short press the ③ button once to turn off the light, and press it again to turn on the light again.
  7. Answer the phone:
    • When the connected mobile phone has an incoming call, the blue light of the headset will flash once every 0.5S. Short press the ① button once to answer the call, short press the ① button again to hang up the call, long press for one second to reject the call.
  8. Low battery reminder:
    • This headset has a voice prompt for low-battery reminders. When the battery becomes low power, there will be a voice prompt “low Power” every 4 minutes. The blue indicator will flash once every 5 seconds.
  9. Charging use:
    • The headset has a built-in lithium battery. It is recommended that you charge the battery before using the headset for the first time.
    • If the headset is in low battery while using, you will hear the tone “Low Power”. Please charge it in time.
    • When inserting the charging plug into the ⑦ port, the headset will automatically shut down with the ⑧ indicators in solid red. After fully charged, the red indicator light will turn off and become green.
  10. Factory resetting on the headset:
    • With the headset off, long press the ① button for 10 seconds to restore the factory settings. When the factory reset is completed, a tone “beep” will be prompted twice. The lights of the earphones will flash in the blue 3 times simultaneously. (Note: factory settings on the headset will clear all previous pairing information.)
  11. Wired mode:
    • Plug and play experience with the 3.5mm audio cable.
    • When the 3.5mm jack is plugged in, the headset will only support game audio. If you want to chat with your friends, please use the in-line microphone for communication.
