SIM card installation instructions

1. This device only supports Nano SIM card.
2.  Before installing the SIM card, please check whether the network frequency band used by the network operator is consistent with this product.

Watch charging

1.  Please charge the watch for 1-2 hours before using this product.
2. Connect the Pogo data cable to the power adapter, and then charge the watch.
3.  It is strictly forbidden to connect the Pogo charging cable to metal products, otherwise it may cause a fire.

Solution for charging failure

1. If the connection of the charging cable is unstable, please reconnect the data cable and the charger.
2.  The device cannot be turned on or charged, please use a 5V/1A or higher charger to charge the device for more than 20 minutes to activate the battery.

Button definition

Power button:

1. Press and hold for two seconds in the power-on state to enter the menu selection: round screen/shutdown/restart/mode switch/recent task ;
2. If the watch freezes due to improper operation, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force the watch to restart.

Return key: Short press once to return to the previous menu interface

Sliding operation

1. Slide down the dial interface to display basic information (battery, time, SIM card information, date)
2. Continue to slide left to enter the secondary status bar (quick switches such as flight mode, Bluetooth, WIFI, GPS, etc.)
3. Swipe left on the watch dial interface to enter the main menu；
4. Swipe right on the watch dial interface to enter the message notification interface；
5. Swipe up on the watch dial interface to enter the step counter interface

Main menu function introduction

• Telephone: Enter the number, press the dial icon to dial out

• Contact person: Add and delete contacts

• Information: Receive, read, reply, delete messages

• Browser: Users can quickly surf the Internet via WiFi or 4G mobile data

• Calendar: View date,day of the week

• Alarm clock: Swipe right to enter the alarm clock interface, you can set multiple alarm reminders

• Photoalbum: Enter the gallery, browse the photo/video, click on the photo-click on details, share, delete

• Music：
  1）Select play, pause, previous song, next song；
  2）Click the volume icon to adjust the volume；
  3） Shuffle/repeat songs；
  4）The watch supports Bluetooth headset playback；
  5）Connect to the computer via a USB data cable, and copy the songs to the Music folder of the watch storage disk

• Recorder: Click the icon to record, save and discard. File list: Long press the selected recording file to delete

• File management：
  1）After the USB is connected to the watch computer, the computer will display the storage disk of the watch, and file transfer and storage are carried out at this time；
  2）Click File Management to view the current available memory, click again to enter File Management, you can browse, create, and edit folders；

• Multi-sportsmode: Outdoor running, outdoor walking, indoor running, cycling, basketball, football, table tennis, badminton, skipping rope, etc.

• Camera: Click to enter the camera, you can take pictures and videos.

• Heart rate monitoring: Wear it correctly on your wrist. After ten seconds, slide down the heart rate graph to display the numerical value, the number of automatic measurements, and the manual measurement value.

• Set up: Network and Internet, connected devices, applications and notifications, battery, display, sound, storage, location information, system language and time, about the watch

• Desktopsettings: Dial selection, menu style, switching style

• Breathtraining: Follow the prompts to breathe accordingly to calm the mood and relieve tension

• Heartratebloodoxygen: Number of tests per minute

Common troubleshooting solutions

The phone cannot recognize the SIM card?

1. Install a brand new SIM card to rule out the possibility of damage to the SIM card；
2. Check if the SIM card slot is dirty or deformed

The standby time of the watch is too short, is there a problem with the battery?
The actual standby time depends on the usage habits and frequency of each user. The device is based on the Android system, with rich functions and powerful configuration. For high-power applications such as social media applications and games, power consumption will increase accordingly.

Is the watch easy to get hot?
Use high-power applications for a long time. Because the processor generates a lot of heat when running at high speed, the heat dissipation speed of the watch is relatively slow due to the small area of the watch. Try to avoid using high-power applications for a long time, and spend some time and methods to reduce the device temperature in time.

Does it support Bluetooth calling?
Not supported, you need to install a SIM card to use the call function.

GPS function failure? A. Please check the GPS settings (watch→settings→connection→GPS) to check whether the GPS is turned on, and set the GPS to high-precision mode.
B. When using the GPS function for the first time, please use GPS positioning in an open outdoor area. After the initial GPS positioning of the city, the subsequent GPS positioning speed will be faster.

Tips:

•  When using magnetic charging to charge the watch, first make sure that the charger is normal and there are no foreign objects or dirt in the magnetic contact position. The battery of this product is not removable. Due to the loss of the battery itself, if it is not used for more than a month, it may be separated from the battery.
  Therefore, the product cannot be turned on. Please charge it regularly every week to ensure that the device can work normally.

•  After the watch is left for a long time, if it is charged via a computer USB, it will take more than ten minutes to display the charging icon. It is recommended to use a 5V 1A charger for charging.

• Support life waterproof. After leaving the factory, it has been tested and shown waterproof performance in a certain environment. The waterproof function is not permanently effective and may become weaker over time.
  Support hand washing, rain, and immersion in shallow water for a short time. Does not support hot showers, diving, diving, surfing and other scenes

• Matters needing attention: Affect water resistance: equipment drop, collision, impact; contact with soap, shower gel, detergent, perfume, oil, hot water, sauna; high temperature and high humidity scene

•  Equipment damage caused by liquid entry is not covered by the free replacement warranty
